The service provided by the seller has consistently demonstrated a lack of expediency, particularly with regard to shipping. Despite orders being placed up to two weeks in advance, shipping times remain unduly extended, and communication from the seller is notably absent. It is respectfully suggested that the seller should take steps to improve the efficiency of its shipping processes and enhance its customer service by providing timely updates on the status of orders. We have been a returning customer since last year but the service has been consistently poor. I am considering finding a replacement for obtaining this item. I always give feedback, but I am still experiencing the same issues and poor treatment. I am unsure if my feedback is being taken into consideration to improve service.

I have been disappointed in the last order. I placed the order in early September and it just shipped on Friday October 13th. I reached out to customer service towards the end of September to check on the status and was told there was a delay. That is fine - but what I am disappointed in is that I had to reach out to find that out. It was not communicated to me at the time of the order or within 2 weeks after the order by anyone from the company. I only found out because I emailed myself to check status. In the meantime - I had to place an order with another company because we were in need of the product to keep our business running. This is poor service and I don't know that I will be placing future orders with this company as this has now happened twice. Megan

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH MTY LAST ORDER! CONSIDERING THAT WE ARE A REPEAT CUSTOMER! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (LIVE CHAT & PHONE) ESPECIALLY THE GUY NAMED JOE! ORDERED MAY 31, FOLLOWED UP MANY TIMES DID NOT EVEN LET ME KNOW THAT THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK!!!!!!! NOT EVEN FEEL SORRY!

I ordered labels and didn't receive them or an update for a month. When I reached out, I was met with a cold and quick response with no explanation on the delay or lack of communication.

SC dropped the ball. Order was not processed until I called 10 days later. Was basically told we couldn't find it. $24 shipping that takes 2 weeks. Very poor experience ordering online.

I requested a sample but did not receive sample so I purchased a roll of what was recommended to be the most durable long lasting label for water and UV resistant material. After 3-4 weeks I contacted SC to see if there was a problem with the shipment. I was informed it was on back order. I still don't have the sample roll I purchased. If an item is on Back order it would be best to inform the purchaser.

Your website states "Generally, orders received by 4:00pm EST (Monday - Friday) often ship the same business day." but yet it takes a week to get an order shipped. Then when I inquire I am told it shipped but does start scanning as picked up for a few days later. Service has deteriorated. Waiting a week for an order to ship is not reasonable these days.

I placed an order on Jan 26 , I had to send multiple emails asking when it would ship and although customer service was very friendly it only shipped 3 and half weeks later. At this point I still have not received my roll. on top of that shipping was 10$. For people running a business it's unacceptable. regardless of quantity order. Can't say I would recommend , sorry

Disappointed in the quality of these lables. They are winner then others I have purchased elsewhere and scratch way too easily. I will be calling for a refund.

We did not receive the order but UPS is saying that I signed for it , we did not get any product, even though it says we did on November 24th.

Very poor service. Ordered labels. Did not get any confirmation email. After weeks, I am still waiting for labels. Called a few times. Bad company to order labels from.

Unusable, can barely read the print and our barcode scan gun cannot read the barcode. For it’s intended use, these labels are worthless. The photo I took were of two separate label companies’ labels, I don’t think I need to tell you which ones belong to Smith’s corona…

Company sucks when ot co.es to returns. I placed an order back in March of 21, received it and the printer tape was the wrong size. Sent the package back which cost me more than the product it self and I never received a refund. I called several times and spoke with different people but no one could help. I was told by one person, that the returns come in and go into the back area and no one checks to see what's want. So that was no help, then someone had the nerve to call me about leaving a review. I told her my issue and never heard from them again.

Specifically asked for Saturday delivery and when I called to check to be sure, they said they “forgot” even though packages had not shipped, they would not change it.
