“Placed my order for some labels on 12/23/20. Labels did not ship until 1/4/21. Granted, there were a couple holidays in that period, I found that time between ordering and shipping to be unacceptable. I did contact customer service at one point and they did respond quickly which was good.”
“Labels are good but your freight shipping company is an issue. They dropped our pallet off at the wrong building. They didn't ask for signature or call us, they just dropped it off unattended without any notice.
Also the pallet that they dropped off was broken and we had to move all boxes onto a new pallet.”
“Placed order on June 3rd. Received no email that it had shipped or that there was a delay until I called on June 8 th. -was told then that it had to be rerolled. Finally shipped on June 9th. I should have been notified right away that there would be a delay. Lack of communication makes me warry of placing another order.
this was my first order with your company.”
“The wrong size labels were sent to me. I do not think it was all my fault. I think we should share the return postage. I will be needing a couple of cases per month. Most likley purchase 5 or 10 cases at a time.
