I went on line and message was that I had 40 minutes to ship that day (Fri 20/27) I placed the order, but it shipped on Monday 10/30 Box arrived with all rolls unwinding in box, what a mess none of the rolls were taped or secured

$300 shipping is ridiculous. We ordered $1000 worth of product which most places would offer free shipping for. We've yet to receive the product, I hope we don't have any quality issues from our customer.

Great products and pricing but shipping times are frustratingly slow. Their website indicates most orders shipped the same day ('Generally, orders received by 4:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) often ship the same business day') but it took 5 days to ship my order. Other than the slow shipping they have a fantastic product.

I paid full amount 26 boxes of 2x4 lable but after 2 weeks they only shipped me 15 boxes and still i have not received my refund. I order another 25 boxes but it take 6 weeks to get it. Inventory is not good.

I'm pretty sure I had set up an account (with terms) with Smith Corona. but when ordering on the website, I saw the 30day icon at one point but it never reappeared when it came time to purchase. I had to use company credit card instead of 30day terms.

Hello Chris, I see that you have an account on the website but you have always used a credit card as a method of payment. If you wish to apply for not 30 terms, the next time you're ready to order, you would need to send over a purchase order. You can send that to po@smithcorona.com. State that you have a website account and you would like to apply for terms. As long as our credit dept approves your company"s credit, you will then be set up on net 30 terms. Once that happens, we will then link the accounts together and going forward when you order on the website the option to use a purchase order will be available. Please let me know if you have any questions.

It took too many days to ship the order. I'll probably look for another vendor for my next order because we had 3 rolls left when I ordered it and it's all gone after waiting 3 weeks. You ask questions below about the delivery. It's hard to say because it hasn't been delivered yet.

The shipping box arrived damaged, if you guys have extra tape to pack it safely? At least do something to protect the shipment.

I have a DYMO LabelWriter 4Xl. your labels are to near one to the other and the printer start to overlap the printed labels. big problem for me.

Placed my order for some labels on 12/23/20. Labels did not ship until 1/4/21. Granted, there were a couple holidays in that period, I found that time between ordering and shipping to be unacceptable. I did contact customer service at one point and they did respond quickly which was good.

Labels are good but your freight shipping company is an issue. They dropped our pallet off at the wrong building. They didn't ask for signature or call us, they just dropped it off unattended without any notice. Also the pallet that they dropped off was broken and we had to move all boxes onto a new pallet.

Placed order on June 3rd. Received no email that it had shipped or that there was a delay until I called on June 8 th. -was told then that it had to be rerolled. Finally shipped on June 9th. I should have been notified right away that there would be a delay. Lack of communication makes me warry of placing another order. this was my first order with your company.

The wrong size labels were sent to me. I do not think it was all my fault. I think we should share the return postage. I will be needing a couple of cases per month. Most likley purchase 5 or 10 cases at a time. Charles Conover 760 505 3338.
