“Quite disappointed with our latest order. I placed the order in early December - the 3rd I think? It is finally out for delivery tomorrow - January 30th. I am fine with the delay - I understand all the supply issues and absolutely forgive that. What I am frustrated and disappointed by is the lack of communication regarding the delay. No one reached out or talked to me. I had to make contact a handful of times to get information.”

“I paid full amount 26 boxes of 2x4 lable but after 2 weeks they only shipped me 15 boxes and still i have not received my refund. I order another 25 boxes but it take 6 weeks to get it. Inventory is not good.”

“We had been trying to get labels to check in our Children each week from another source. I read that Smith Corona had the same size. They sent the needed labels out quickly and saved us lots of trouble waiting on new labels.”
