“Used online order portal. Very easy and simple. One problem, i selected bill to company but when confirmation was received, it showed the wrong bill to address. Contacted customer support and it was corrected immediately.”

“SC dropped the ball. Order was not processed until I called 10 days later. Was basically told we couldn't find it. $24 shipping that takes 2 weeks. Very poor experience ordering online.”

“I requested a sample but did not receive sample so I purchased a roll of what was recommended to be the most durable long lasting label for water and UV resistant material. After 3-4 weeks I contacted SC to see if there was a problem with the shipment. I was informed it was on back order. I still don't have the sample roll I purchased. If an item is on Back order it would be best to inform the purchaser.”

“This was our first order. We needed labels to ship same day so I was told it would be best to do online order using credit card. For the first order, it was hard to tell what to do online regarding the tax exempt certificate - the question was there but it didn't tell you what to do - I had to call. I did get an email saying I could place my order. Placed order online and gave our Fedex account # and paid by CC (this was Friday 4/8) - order was placed before 10:35am . The order did not ship Friday and then it didn't again on Monday (they said carrier didn't pick up). I was disappointed for our first order.”
