Worse service ever. Still waiting for a simple clothes order 15 days after paying and studio seemed to have designed their customer service system to do anything other than help and support you as a customer (loads of Web forms to fill on but don't work). NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AS AN ONLINE RETAILER.....AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Lost my 100 order in transit weeks ago and still not resolved . Wouldnt trust them to deliver or find a resolution for any problems

The web page was virtually impossible to use, and so I entered the incorrect delivery address by mistake. I rang Studio STRAIGHT AWAY, and they refused to correct the delivery address. As a consequence, not that the very heavy item has arrived, I shall have to post it myself to the correct address. I wouldn't ever order anything from these people again.

Don’t ever order from this company for Christmas delivery almost certain it won’t arrive, for the second year running I have ordered for Christmas that have not arrived. Order still showing on my account even though they promised to cancel the orders and credit back to account if anything like last Christmas i will still be requesting the money back in February

Order a Christmas tree said would be delivered on the 6th December and i haven't received it said they can't get a van big enough which is rubbish i asked for a full refund but they said they will have to investigate first before I can have a refund and the said last week if I didn't receive it by Tuesday I had to ring on the Wednesday they would give me a full refund and put it down as lot but the other said no I can't have a refund until they investigate it void this company it rubbish

Don’t bother i payed for my order but never recieved them and I emailed them all I got was we are glad your problem has been resolved CLEARLY NOT.

I own my own home, have retired on a very substantial pension pot, have never in my life had any problem with obtaining credit, often been offered it when preferred paying cash. Studio felt I wasn't sufficiently credit worthy for a £28 purchase!!!!!!

First time shopping with Studio and most definitely my last. Avoid at all costs. I placed an order on 17th November for a personalised wooden tool set for my grandsons birthday. The delivery time stated 7-10days but once I had paid for the item I received an email from studio stating that delivery could take up to 28 days. emails sent, ignored. it is now 11th December and I've still not received my order. I contacted them via the FB messenger form but apparently, the DOB I provided doesn't match my account so they are unable to help me even though I provided my acc number, the item number, the date the order was placed and a screenshot of the expected delivery time. feel like I'm banging my head against the wall. They provide inaccurate delivery timescales but once you've paid, it's impossible to get any customer service.

The most awful company with the worst customer service!!! Made a order 6 weeks later still not arrive phoned 4 times to cancel the order and get a refund…… no refund and they then sent 1/2 the order

It’s the first time I’ve shopped with Studio and never again! I’ve paid for returns and THREE times they failed to come and collect. The collection slot is 8am-8pm so you wait all day for no one to turn up. Awful. Awful. Awful!!!

Avoid this company at all cost !! I ordered a play kitchen in October only for the order to be cancelled! Then they decided to send it I had bought another one from another company so refused delivery ! My order was cancelled on 25/11/21 I was promised on the 1 /12/21 that I would get a refund in 7 days I was not happy as they had had my money since October ! Today the 10/12/21 I’ve still not got my money and have just been told it will be another 7 days this is shocking ! I would also like to point out that the item was showing as in stock all the time on the website ! Which was not true and I believe to be fraudulent! I Will never order from here again my complaint I put in is going to take 8 weeks !! Which only proves how many complaints they get ! Here’s hoping I get my money in 7 days ! Not holding out much hope to be honest !!

They stole £14 by giving a credit note that can't be used. Also, I never asked for it, I wanted a refund into my card. Daniela De Nunzio Edinburgh

Tried to make a order both online and over phone, unfortunately both customer advisors I spoke didn't have good English, had to repeat details again and again, twice tried to pay by card, twice it was messed up, now waiting to see if they have taken money from my card, won't ever use them again

Utterly appalling - they don't have such a thing as customer service. I received my parcel and the contents were damaged. So I called them and they said that they could send out a replacement but would have to charge me again, and only refund me when the original parcel was received. Given that they say it takes 10 working days to do a refund I said I would just have a refund, thanks. So then they send out a returns label - by post !! With a letter saying that the parcel will not be picked up before such and such a date. Three days after that, I'm still waiting. Am I supposed to stay in, hoping that they'll get around to picking up the parcel? And then of course there will be the 10 day wait for a refund, if they ever get round to it. What an utterly ridiculous process. Even the returns form seems to be designed to trip up the unwary. I'll never deal with this shower again.

First time ordering and the order came damaged and unusable, I sent it back for a refund to receive an email a couple of days later to inform me that the refund has been credited to my account. I never used a voucher nor credit, I used my bank card, therefore payment should of been refunded to my original payment method. When I called to enquire about this and told them I do not accept credit and wanted it back on my card I was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional “customer service advisor” Julie, who refused to send me an email confirming that the refund will now be sent to my card, when I asked to speak to a manger i was abruptly put on hold for ages then I denied my request, apparently none were available, but when I told her I was not happy to leave the call and would not await a call back that would never happen, a manger suddenly became available, again I was abruptly put on hold for a few minutes without warning even though I told her after the first time her telephone manner was unprofessional and I should be informed that I am being put on hold. I was given conflicting advice from the line manager Luca compared to Julie which I pointed out, I was told an email would be sent from the refunds department in which I gave them 24 hours to do so. The audacity of this company to refund people with credit instead of to their original payment method. My first order arrived damaged, even if I was contemplating given it then another chance I certainly wouldn’t now I know they refund like this and have such poor customer service, their refund method may even be illegal which I will be asking trading standards and open a complaint if I haven’t received confirmation of the correct refund procedure by 9.34 tomorrow morning.

ordered from the company 9 days ago and still awaiting dispatch. I think I will cancel this and get my cc to get my money back. Seems to me that they are either out of business or a scamming website.

I placed an order of Xmas wrap, tags, cards and 2 gifts. All in stock in the website at the time, all saying 3 to 7 day delivery. It had been awaiting dispatch 8 days at present. Called and they hung up on me, emailed roughly 6 times, previous email they ignored completely, have now sent another to cancel the order and close my account. Twitter is full of unhappy customers, I messaged on there, I have so far been told sorry there is a small delay- can't say how long, Awaiting stock as some items not in stock, wait a while as its 10 day delivery (email and site stated 3 to 7) back to awaiting stock. I asked which items were out of stock, just got the generic sorry some out of stock message. I am so unhappy and stressed, panicking about time scales, as I'll have to purchase elsewhere, given them 24 hrs to respond and confirm cancellation as I have had enough. AVOID!!!

Ordered a dolls house for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas on the 9th of October was told today after many phone call to customer service that this will not be in stock till 20th December! I would avoid this company at all cost. Worst customer service I’ve ever used..

Dolls house paid 28 september then nothing i rang in november to be told item would arrive by the 5th december the waited in all day but nothing then 6th december email saying item out off stock so i rang to be told i would have to wait 14 days for refund so im now on phone to necco told him i want to speek to superviser stay away avoid little girl will be so upset AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
