Like all the rest you go on there chat and when you ask for a manager or number to call them they cut the chat I have 5 items missing and one damaged not getting any where with them

If I could give 0 stars I would . I ordered £145 of goods paid in full 4 items arrived with wrong names printed on them still waiting for other 8 items to arrive. No one answers my emails . Can’t contact anyone. No phone number to call .They have had my money and I’m still waiting for my goods I ordered weeks ago . All in time for Christmas This is a Rubbish Company . I’m £145 down that I won’t see again . Now I have no Christmas presents for my grandchildren and no money to buy anymore either I’m so upset 😭 that this could happen . They are fraudsters surely this is illegal on all fronts

Absolute nightmare of a company There’s no way to actually resolve issues with them as when they have had enough they simply end the chat and you back at square one Ordered 2 TVs only one turned up Evri shows they have the other but when you chase then they then revert you back to studio Now going to my bank to get my money back

The worst website I have ever used with terrible customer service. I placed my order three weeks ago and requested updates multiple times, consistently receiving different excuses. After three weeks, when I once again attempted to seek updates and express concerns, the decision to unilaterally cancel the order was made without prior discussion or consideration of my preferences. Ashford offered no support or attempt to investigate the status of my order; instead, it was canceled without authorization, despite my simple request for an update on the order I placed three weeks ago. When I questioned this decision and sought an explanation for why it was made without prior agreement from my side, his response was that if I am willing to wait, he can reverse the cancellation. And then he ended the chat when I was half way through replying!! To compound the situation, when I sought assistance from another advisor, Janet, I was informed that the cancellation was due to a delay, and there was never a guarantee I would have received the item. And then, Janet, without providing any support, sent me a message that she has other customers and proceeded to end the chat as well. Never have I had such a bas customer service experience, not to mention, I feel scammed as my money was held for three weeks only to have my order canceled abruptly.

Terrible company and even worse customer service. Part of my order was damaged in transit, ordered on 1st Nov 2023 and still not received. Customer service team are useless and only way of communicating is email or webchat. SHOCKING

Would give zero stars if possible. Took my money straight away but delivery hasn’t appeared, there is no way of getting though to customer services for a refund or even an idea of where my items might be. Will never use again. Avoid at all costs!!

ordered personalised dressing gowns and pens over 4 weeks ago, i chased them and was told they received parcel at the warehouse after 2 weeks. contacted them again today and studio have advised all orders have been cancelled! what a joke, i have not received a notification or refund. these were Christmas presents. terrible service

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever came across. I have no access to a printer to return the items that were sent out and completely different items from what I ordered. I was told to go knock on a neighbours door to use their printer. I have asked for a label to be sent to me about 6 times and get the same generic email back of asking to send pictures of what I need to send back, which I have done twice already

Have been a loyal customer for years Not anymore Not been able to access my account or speak to anyone or make a payment Then they send me a statement saying I am in default and will be charged for that What a load of rubbish There was nothing wrong with my login details And I need to speak to someone ASP and when did Frazier Group become involved with Studio They don't speak on phone either R,Burns And why would I add photos Photos Completely fed up of this firm

I saw that they had a dressing gown on offer so ordered one......22 days later it still hasn't arrived so I have just been on the live chat with Babra who informed me that my order has been cancelled due to long delivery times.......... I have had no email telling me this nor have I had a refund....!!!!! She then went on to type that I should recieve an email at some point informing me of the cancellation and that a refund takes time to be processed......it's been 22 days already how much time do they need.....????? She also asked if I needed more help so I set about typing and within me finishing 4 words of my reply she ended the chat and that was that. It's taken me contacting them after 22 days to find out that my order has been cancelled and then after finding out, getting cut off a live chat.......an absolutely shocking customer service....... Stay well clear.

Ordered a personalised dressing gown for my grandson for Christmas 3 weeks ago,contacted studio by email and Facebook only to be given a scripted reply each time and to told to wait a few more days,I’m starting to think that this company is having trouble again like last year when they went into administration.they won’t be getting another penny off me

Appalled at studio after ordering a set for my dining room. Being told my two larger items are being delivered last Friday, I decided to put the table together and then got told by delivery that they cannot find the items and won’t be delivering. Contacted today the delivery to be told lost and cancelled. Cannot talk to anyone on phone only online chat, as I obviously don’t want the table without the rest. Being told they won’t collect and I would have to pay to send back the table and have to wait for refund other items. Sent email to them with complaint but if don’t hear from them I will go to omedsman as really disgusting service after years and years been with them.

I ordered 2 dressing gowns 10 days ago. Had an email to confirm the order but now it says unavailable for delivery but they have taken my money. There seem absolutely no way of contacting this company which is very worrying. Tried Facebook but they wouldn’t accept messages. Starting to look like I have been ripped off !

I ordered 4 dressing gowns for my grandsons 3 weeks ago. The money was taken immediately. I have found that 3 are now not available and despite having been shown as coming back in stock these have not found their way onto my order. I have asked then demanded a refund. Repeated emails sometimes in illegible English just avoid the issue. I am repeatedly told they have a new system in place. I have advised I am contacting Trading Standards , Rip Off Britain, Rogue Traders but all to no avail. Yesterday I ordered from M & S and today I have an email stating they're on their way to me. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. Customer Service non existent. Use a reputable company pay slightly more and no grief. I am contacting my Bank today to see if I can reclaim my money there. Sadly I cannot give 0 stars which I would happily do.

Sorry this is long. ButI wish I could give no stars studio are the worst I ordered a 3&2 seat sofa they delivered the 3 seat and 2 weeks later sent an email saying the 2 seat was out of stock so I'm left with 2 odd sofas then a month later quite by chance saw the 2 seater was available again they didn't tell me which they should have done so I ordered and eventually got it I got it on buy now pay within 3 months 3 days ago I had an email saying my payment was late which it wasn't as I had upto march to pay so I went online and they'd taken me off the pay later and added interest to the payment they said was late I'd had a belly full of them so I paid 3/4 of the bill when I checked my account again they'd put the remaining £150 onto the pay later.you can't ring to talk to someone you can't even web chat anymore, only by email then you get a generic reply and have to wait 5 days for someone to get back to you I paid what was left and tried to cancel my account and was told it could take upto a month to take me off it's an awful place and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them

Would t even give them one star really. Parcel not received, and after so many emails and two months later they are still asking me to check with a neighbor to see if my parcel is there.. they need to change their courier and their admin or complaints department. Absolutely useless

Sent back my order paid for EVRI to pick it up got all the proof. Sent it back on 26/08/23 no credit on my account kept being chased for payment for an item I don’t have tries to contact customer service what a joke can’t even speak to anyone. 3 months later they credit me the 153.00 but have had the cheek to put interest charges on my account and I am now still being chased for another 35.00 which I do not owe it was their error not crediting my account I have emailed them about 30 times I’m so stressed with this it’s been going on for months and can’t talk to anyone at this company NEVER ORDER FROM HERE IF YIU HAVE A PROBLEM THERE IS NO HELP. does anyone no who the CEO is so I can complain to them

Excellent prices, rubbish service. 3 weeks after ordering and paying up front still no items. Very difficult to get hold of anyone, the webchat didn't recognise my order number. No telephone number had to email, replied 3 days later to say products are being processed and I will receive an email when sent out. Ordered christmas presents for family that live quite far away, had to delay Christmas visit and paid £20 for delivery!

Ordered a 55 inch tv from studio 4 weeks later still not received my tv evri tracking just says parcel received and now delayed been like this for 2 weeks on the tracking rang studio and said I can't cancel my order but I've not received my tv and I'm out of pocket

Absolutely appalling, placed an order the money was taken straight away but no updates on the order, have tried contacting them only to be ignored, avoid!
