Awful company, i ordered a watch which is now out of stock, 5 times i requested a cancellation which has not happened , im sick of asking them on chat as this is the only way to contact them .

Received a wardrobe on 11th july it is damaged i have emailed them messaged them been transferred to 3 different deparments not answering my texts or emails i want refund absolutely disgusting i am going to see a solicitor if this is not resolved

Waiting for product for over a month, then when trying to cancel I keep getting told it is with their team and they can’t give confirmation that it can be cancelled

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Had to keep chasing them to return faulty item and eventually had refund. No way to be transferred to different departments when you ring them just email . Offered discount for small issue with another product still chasing for that. All in all this is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with and I will never purchase from them again.

Sent 2 items back to Studio. They arrived back on the 2nd of July i was refunded for one but not for the other. I have waited the 14 days and still no refund now they want me to wait longer as they can't find the item. I hvve already paie the £383.00 for the item. Funny how it's gone missing. I will be taking this to small claims court and closing down my account with them.

horrid experience. I had ordered a mattress from this useless excuse of a company. i was on a time limit on delivery of the mattress it stated 5-10 day delivery. i even checked when ordering. I had call confirming delivery would be 15 days after ordering which did not suit my time limit. good luck trying to speak to anyone when you have an issue. i tried to get someone to help no luck the customer representatives couldn’t care less they are an absolute disgrace and then i asked them to cancel the order they couldn’t even do that. They wanted me to accept delivery of a mattress keep it here and arrange return. I am sitting here on the day of delivery and guess what the time slot has gone by over 4 hours ago. booked a day off work to get the mattress and nothing. Studio you are an absolute joke of a company.

A warning to the public thinking of being a customer at studio this is a terrible company does not care about his customers just money I was a customer for many years until a mistake they turned on me and treated me like dirt and treated me terribly they say they rang me to try to help me with the problem but they did not play rang my phone two rings and then stopped they just don't care all I never told them about some of the product being terrible and bad quality white PVC shoes etc that spilt after 3 weeks and a electric kettle I sent back to them that leet water near the electrics so it's up the you but but be careful with this bad company !

i requested that my parcel is cancelled, i sent 4 emails and made 3 calls. i was advised my order would be cancelled. Studio does not answer emails and my parcel arrived today. i was told to phone my neighbour so it could be taken in, i am at work and cannot do that. I asked to speak to a manager and was left waiting on the phone for ages, the solution was to arrange a return and i would have to be there, so studio gets a big thumbs down from me- no communication and bad customer service, staff are not trained properly as they gave false information. I am now out of pocket as i was on the phone so long and i have to take time off to return the item. Just hope it has not been stolen from my front door when i get home as there was nobody to take the parcel as i had been advised it had been cancelled.

It's gone right up in price and their items a low end items. Not much quality there. Expect to replace the garden furniture very quickly. It will not last long

Won't let me cancel my account or order even though they aren't set up or ordered yet. Plus customer service are rule following script reading robots who don't help with anything avoid lik a glass of warm vomit.

AVOID THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Find someone else Placed and paid for a personalised item, that has arrived incorrect and in the wrong colour, called what I thought was customer service team who couldn’t be bothered and The customer service team is based in Kenya so don’t understand what your saying and just read things off a script. Taking legal advice now to raise a case against them and also in talks with trading standards. No wonder this company went into administration recently if this is the service they provide… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DEALING WITH THEM.

reply's to reviews complete rubbish. studio generated returns label, twice say had back but not addressed properly ? now saying was not a tv in box and refusing to credit account until we return an item we do not have. we have photos of pick up and documentation. have asked for deadlock letter and been refused on several occasions. see you in court when you issue a CCJ coz have physical copies of all documentation. no point giving number to customer service team as they are completely unable to deal with issues and send conflicting reply's. sent on behalf of my disabled wife I am her carer

there are levels of stupid in regard to customer service but these guys take it to a whole new level. at point where return not credited after 2 months where I have told them take me to court, I will win on evidence I have and will be asking for financial returns for stress expences and anything else I can think of Gary Fleming

Online payment site doesn't work. I've now been charged with two late payment fees and it has lowered my credit rating. It's disgusting as I suffer with severe disability and order online for that reason. I've tried to set up a direct debit, with no help from studio. Just settled the whole account, don't trust their reasons when I've tried to pay and will never NEVER use an account with the company again

Beware of Studio. Their business model is clearly setup to trick customers into being charged interest. I cleared my account within the 3month interest free period but because one of the payments wasn't specifically allocated to the 'repayment plan' I was charged interest. I even contacted them after my final payment and was told all was fine but this was clearly a lie and part of their wider objective to make more money off me. I've asked for my account to be closed. Stay away from Studio.
