If I could give it a zero I would! Do not buy anything from this company! Worst company I have every dealt with! We ordered a Lancaster 4 piece bedroom unit, it arrived at the wrong time! We were given a delivery slot 3 times for 5-7pm to be then contacted by the driver at 1:30pm while we were at work to say they were 20 minutes away! They drivers were brilliant (different company not studio) and stayed until 3:30 when someone could get there. They then informed my parents who had got to ours that they don’t work past 5 on so to get a 5-7 delivery slot was totally wrong! We then put up the wardrobe, which had a chip on the corner but it was at the back on the inside so thought it’s fine, drawers went up fine but then it came to the bedside tables and they were both scratched and had the corners of the tops crumbled in so look a mess and couldn’t be put up! I emailed studio immediately and they emailed straight back asking for photos, I thought brilliant, they then emailed back and said they could offer me 10% back to keep them or collect the whole 4 piece item for a refund. I said I just want 2 bedside table replacements or just the damaged parts replaced. I got told that wasn’t an option it was the whole thing collected or 10% discount. I said that wasn’t acceptable, I was then told that the instructions tell you to check every item before you put it up. I informed them that instructions would have been great there were none in the box and I had to download them off b and qs website to be able to put them back together! They then offered me 15% off, I said that still wasn’t acceptable. So they said they would collect the item. I said can you not just replace the item, I got told no. They said they would put me through to their complaints team, who are brilliant at reading from a script and are not based in the uk! I asked multiple times to be put through to a manager as they were incapable of telling me why a replacement could not be given. I even told them to bring a replacement and they could collect the damaged bedside tables and we would leave the boxed wardrobe and chest of drawers in exchange, they told me they couldn’t do that but wouldn’t explain why. They then offered me 20% back to keep them which I told them was not enough as it wouldn’t be able to purchase 2 replacement bedside tables that match with that amount of money. After a 45 minute conversation of them refusing to put me through to a manager and then repeated the same lines from their script I told them to refund me but keep my complaint open. Today they have rang me again, telling me they were closing my complaint as I am not accepting their resolution! Which is 20% back or the whole units collected ( they also told me if I had it collected we would need to take down the wardrobe beforehand because it’s too big for them to collect) they refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience of this either. I asked again to be put through to a manager which the lady on the phone then declared to me she was the manager of my complaint: I said I want to speak to her manager not the manager of my complaint someone who can actually resolve my problem. She put me on hold for 5 minutes to return and reread her script to me. They have also told me it takes 72 hours for the money to return to my account. She told me she we closing the complaint because I was not accepting the resolution! We would never have bought this item if we’d have known that if it came to us damaged then we are left with an imperfect item, or no item at all! I still have no idea why a replacement cannot be sent as it is still available on the website! Do not ever buy from this company! They have managed to ruin my little boys first big boy room and put a pregnant lady under a lot of undue stress!

JUST DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!! The endless problems I've had with these people. On month 3 and my complaint/refund STILL NOT RESOLVED. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The absolute WORST

Money never ever goes down while trying to pay off they keep adding more and more on top !! Stay away or you will get caught in a cycle all they care about is money

If I could I would give them 0 stars there customer service is beyond a joke I worked in delivery industry for 32 years so I know how it works I'm missing 2 parcels and all I get is wait longer and they are definitely on the way even though Evri still says they are waiting to receive them they will not give refunds or send replacements they basically will not admit they have lost them

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Ordered a 4 piece furniture set and built the wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. Opened the chest of drawers to find 2 pieces snapped. Tried to call them to ask if they could replace the 2 snapped pieces or the chest of drawers to be told that we either have to dismantle everything and return the lot or have a 10% discount! Have tried to speak to them on the phone but as soon as you put in your account number they hang up on you. Trying to submit an online complaint which takes up to 56 days! So we cannot discuss our issue or get anywhere. Will not be making any payments and will refer to the financial ombudsman when they request the payment.

I ordered 2 gold rings as Christmas presents 1 initial A and one with the initial J plus a window blind all of which were not received even though it says accepted by the carrier on 11/12/22 it is now 18/1/2023 and have heard nothing from studio.i checked the order details and it's showing both rings are an initial A.i suspect fraud by staff and the ridiculous lack of customer service is atrocious.definitely dodgy af and I doubt I'll use this so called company again.

If I could, I wouldn’t even give them a quarter of a star! My daughters Nan purchased the personalized table so I bought the chair to match. On the 8th of Nov I order the chair, on the 10th of Nov the money was taken from my account, no confirmation of order was sent, so I gave them a call. They stated that I’m yet to pass clearing. I was confused as I didn’t ask for a payment plan, I just wanted the chair and the money had been taken from my account. Till now Sun 15th Nov I’m yet to get a refund, only a promise of one which never materialized. I’ve sent proof of transactions! I’ve been told on numerous occasions that my issues has been elevated to the relevant department and that it’s been flagged as important. They took my money out of my account, if I had never of noticed they would have just kept it. Is this something they do?! Either way this has been the worse service I have ever experienced and I will it be letting up on them.

Returned an item over a month ago which was broken on receipt. After 3 lengthy phone calls and several emails I still haven't had my refund. They said they never received it even though I have the receipt from the parcel shop. They never reply to your emails or call back. Terrible company and customer service. Will never use them again.

Ordered a microwave (for my wife to thank her Maternity ward at work) very early Dec, still haven't received it. I have chased it many times with the token response of it's delayed with the couriers. Well over 2 weeks later I have requested to cancel & refund me. I keep getting really long winded responses, not actually confirming anything. I have ended up just buying one from Argos. DO NOT risk buying from Studio, the customer service is atrocious! I live in hope for a refund, wish me luck.

Diabolical customer service. IT blip meant my order wasn't processed but my payment went through and they won't refund. I'm 6 weeks in and still fighting them but I won't give up. If I email I get a standard response along the lines of my refund is being processed and I have to be patient. I'll be ringing and emailing them until I get my money back. So, a word of advice. If you don't get an immediate confirmation of order email get straight onto your bank and stop the payment. Or you'll be like me with no goods and your money will be gone, never to be returned. They don't even deserve one star.

Our account was hacked we told studio with in 10 minuets of getting an email To be told that a email will be sent to investigate but still the orders are being placed and delivered We phoned again and again and again in the end we were told to speak to collections liam he said the account is now closed and he would get back to us in three dats that never happened We are again getting orders made on the account and deliveries are being made On contacting them they could not put the call through to the fraud department So no the account was not closed and although they know of the fraud they do nothing And Nothing was done Stay well away from studio they lue miss lead you and don't protect your data

Review of Studio TR Tracey 3 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Updated 6 minutes ago Diabolical customer service have been a customer since year dot Placed order, realised wrong address selected, contacted Studio to update address immediately said they could not do anything for 72 hours ! In this the 21st century! So decided to cancel order, refused to do this also. Contacted studio numerous times over the next 3 days by phone & emails, automated emails recieved back refusing to help, also no help by phone, their customer service is diabolical, the lady even started shouting at me & saying it was my fault for using that address ! Have now payed for the goods in full before they have even arrived at the wrong address that I no longer live at anymore & closed my account down, as the parcel that is delivered will have all my account details enclosed and could be used fraudulently, and I have found this stressful enough to deal with. My conclusion to all reading this is use a more reputable company to shop with, their are plenty out their that I do use with fantastic customer service, never had problems like this, just over trying to change the address and being constantly lied to. Well done Studio no stars. Oh also advices by customer service to return the parcel on receipt, I DO NOT LIVE THEIR ANYMORE, how am I supposed to return it ? They will reply to this comment with an automated email as in so many other comments made here, and they cannot find the account number provided? So have recieved automated email as predicted asking for more of my details even though provided when writing this review & my phone number is also on my studio account ? No I will not contact you by phone, you are rude and unhelpful, and email is a joke as proven with this review. Studio did contact me, problem still not resolved and still no structured answers to the problem. Studio account closed, please if you are thinking of ordering from studio please don’t, I am doing this to warn others so that they do not make the same mistake and loose money that they can ill afford in todays present financial difficulties

Order personalised christmas pjs start of October for a Christmas eve box, 2 months later still a no show Xmas eve is Saturday, clearly not arriving in time, customer service is an absolute joke, anything to get you off the phone as quickly as possible passing it off to "the relevant department" never spending money here again and will make sure everyone knows not to !!!

terrible customer service ordered a personalised ring and the got the names wrong on it, this was a Christmas present and when i contacted them about sending back to be fixed there won't allowed because it had been 3 weeks, i put it away for Christmas till i had got a ring box then when took it out noticed it was wrong they where very unhelpful and now i am left with a ring that is no good to no one, wont be ordering from them again

Ordered Christmas bedding plus other Christmas items in November still not received customer service is a waste of time keep telling me to look at the tracking and they are very busy REALLY!! I’ve sent numerous emails provided everything they ask for but get nowhere today they tell me some items are out of stock but I will get the order WHEN NEXT CHRISTMAS? unacceptable I’ve asked them to cancel my order but have been ignored I’m going to report them to trading standards but won’t hold my breath.

I placed an order for 4 items with studio in October 2022, when delivered it said it contains 4 items but it only had 2, I rang studio they apologised asked if I’d like to reorder the missing items which I did, they said they would deduct the first 2 missing ones from my account, when the reordered items arrived I paid in full so my account balance was zero, next time I looked they had put the reordered items on the new statement, I have rang, messaged back and forth being told ever time I must say very politely and full of apologies that this has now been refunded to my account and will show up on my account with in days, it wasn’t sorted, next thing I’m charged for late payments on top of what they say now owe, I have terminal cancer and want to sort out all bills for my wife, the last email from them was to say send a letter with loads of details so my wife can deal with my account. I have been with studio a few years, when we heard they were struggling we placed orders just to support them, but I think they must of changed hands. Just don’t bother with them it’s not worth it

I have no idea how this company are still allowed to trade. Ordered 3 weeks ago and my order still hasn’t been dispatched. Delivery times on my confirmation email state 5-10 days. Have spoken to numerous clueless people at customer service who all refuse to refund me DESPITE sending them screenshots of the consumer regulations that state I should receive a full refund as they have broken their ‘contract’ to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Here’s an example of a reply from said clueless person… Don’t bother ordering from Studio, they don’t deliver your order then refuse to refund you… ‘Thanks for sending us a message. I know the urgency of this situation. I regret to inform you that we are unable to process any refund or cancel the items. When the items will be delivered contact us back to arrange collection. Thanks, Christine’ DONT ORDER, the prices are low because they don’t supply the items!!

I ordered 3 items on the 26th November which should have been delivered in 6-10 days, upon tracking the parcels evri stated they collected them on the 28th November so everyone was OK. . .or so I thought! I waited patiently for 12 days for my items to be delivered then contacted customer service to find out where my items were. Customer services are based in the Philippines and have no contact details for evri except the tracking info, I asked for a refund which they refused as they couldn't refund me until the items I ordered were returned( so basically if they are missing in transit I won't get a refund) the only resolution I was given was to wait upto 30 days for my parcels to arrive after already waiting 3 weeks! 🤷‍♂️ studio has to be the most unorganised company I've ever used and I wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering from them. So as it stands I have to wait until the items are returned, that's if evri haven't lost them before I can ask for a refund. As soon as I've had my refund my account will be closed and I will shop elsewhere!
