“I placed an order online for collection at Epsom Store. I paid £1.50 for next day delivery but I didn’t go in to collect until 3 days after placing the order but it hadn’t arrived. I spoke with Lizzy in store who was most apologetic and couldn’t do enough to put things right for me. I managed to get the items in store and she told me to contact customer services on line for a refund.
I did just that and spoke to someone on chat and they were also extremely helpful. By the time I came off the chat an email was received confirming the refund.”

I was very fortunate to be served by Megan* who was extremely knowledgeable about the aftershaves on the market today. Megan listened to me & understood which scents my nose would appreciate. Megan made suggestions which were absolutely spot on, after sniffing my way through a few of Megan’s selections I decided on ‘Paco Rabanne Million Lucky’ , it is light & fresh which is exactly what I was searching for. I also got a deal on the 100ml & got £5 on a super drug card.
