One afternoon l was told by some idiot of a woman behind the counter at your oxford Westgate location they don't accept cards what's wrong with these people do they only let them out at weekends 😜

Bought a £50 gift voucher.£3.99 used, next visit card would not work. Spoke to store manager, NOT interested would not help. Told to go to another store.Send numerous emails, none answered, for a company with 830 stores, Customer service is appalling. No means to phone and online BOT, answers a completely different question to what is asked. I would could I would give 0/5.

when i walked into superdrug one of the employers told me to strip because they thought i had stuff in me !!!!! when they didn't find anything they took me to a backroom and patted me down everywhere until i was panicking!?

Do not use this company online. Customer services are practically non existence. They just keep sending the same automated reply. Send you the wrong goods. They tell you to send a photo of your returns receipt to give you a quick refund but then ignore your e-mail. Shocking customer service. If you like talking to a robot go ahead and use them. I am am taking this matter further. Will not use Superdrug again. Be warned.

I paid £20 for a doctor's diagnosis of (what turned out to be) a reaction to a spider bite - Superdrug.com took my money and never got back to me. Even after I demanded a refund and an apology (and yes, that was over a week ago). AVOID AVOID AVOID! These people are unethical.

Item now out of stock.. supposedly refunding!! Back to the floor required for directors put yourselves in your customers shoes!!

Superdrug have shut down their telephone line, meaning people who order through them are forced onto out of touch social media or use their useless webchat service online. Shocking form, and really shows how little they care for their customers when they perform bad service, which they have by not sending the complete order. Will not be ordering again.

No refund given for online order returned as good were faulty they told me they didn't recognise the tracking number on the label downloaded from their website. List £26. Several emails sent, they clearly don't care.

Worse customer service company I have never met. They told me that they sent the parcel to me, but no parcel was found. They sent me the photo which is only a parcel box 📦 but no label on it. The background is blackout, I have no idea where it is. I have contacted customer service for two times, but they only asked me to ask my neighbour and sent me the photos. They are not helpful and not professional. Very disappointed, definitely not recommended

I ordered 12 bottles of shower gel. Communication was good.Evri delivered within a few days. Only 1 bottle of shower gel in box. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by web chat, what’s app and the app it’s impossible.No phone number to contact them. Lesson learnt, sometimes in life you make bad choices. I’m not going to waste any more of precious life trying to get contact them for a refund. It’s really not worth it.I have deleted the app.

Had a coupon for free product. Lady on the till scrutinised it..called for assistance and asked me to move away from the till so she could serve others. I was then told that the coupon was worth 15p less than they sold the product for...which I can only deduce is because of the over inflated prices they sell for. I said I would go elsewhere and found no difficulty whatsoever in another store. Superdrug won't be receiving my custom anymore...I'm finished both online and instore.

Went to the Stratford stall ,Stratford Broadway,and people never buy something convince buy the staff for £10,and they will say have a superdrug sim for free with £10,on it,plus when you activate it ,you will get £10 worth of points, never do it,because when you try activate it,it will keep showing error ,plus its no customer service number ,other than Web chat,which is even more useless,a lady name hinna,promise me to come back arfter a week she will put my points on for me ,I goes back and then she said the system has change,it only can be done threw the Web sight ,she knows that from the beginning ,but thinks I'm a fool.so avoid getting the superdrug sim.

I didn’t receive my refund, despite receiving emails stating orders have been cancelled. Orders are showing as refunded on their system but nothing has come through to my bank account. I have been placing orders monthly with Superdrug for years now (usually with no issues). This month i placed an order, waited a week and nothing arrived. When i logged into my account to see what was going on, it stated my order was cancelled! Not once did you contact me to advise of this. I started trying to contact you via chat - Oh what joy! 12 hours between responses and all i was told the items were out of stock (what all 8 of them)?? I got an apology and the offer of 300 points, which is the equivalent to £3 via chat. Definitely NOT an acceptable compensation for a £60 order that was not delivered. Why is there absolutely no way to actually speak to someone live on the phone or via live chat? The chat offered is generic responses telling me to check my junk inbox multiple times. I am an IT Manager and am fully aware of the functions of an email inbox! Superdrug, as a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money with you over the past years, I am taking my custom elsewhere to a company that cares about it's customers!
