Bought a £50 gift voucher.£3.99 used, next visit card would not work. Spoke to store manager, NOT interested would not help. Told to go to another store.Send numerous emails, none answered, for a company with 830 stores, Customer service is appalling. No means to phone and online BOT, answers a completely different question to what is asked. I would could I would give 0/5.

Superdrug have shut down their telephone line, meaning people who order through them are forced onto out of touch social media or use their useless webchat service online. Shocking form, and really shows how little they care for their customers when they perform bad service, which they have by not sending the complete order. Will not be ordering again.

No refund given for online order returned as good were faulty they told me they didn't recognise the tracking number on the label downloaded from their website. List £26. Several emails sent, they clearly don't care.

Worst company ever Worst company ever. Never again. Placed an order for a green neck cushion and a pink one and 3 bottles of John Frieda hair products. I received 2 pink cushions (one was ripped) one of the hair products wouldn't spray properly. I was told if I sent the cushions back I might get another pink one (nomatter what colour I ordered) and was told to contact John Frieda direct about the faulty item. Even though the product was bought from superdrug. All was posted back and the royal mail tracking shows it was delivered back to them on the 8th June and they still won't send me my refund if nearly £30. I have had to contact my bank to try to get my money back. Stay clear. They falsely advertise as in the neck cushions (if I had ordered green and orange) I was told there was no guarantee I wouldn't get pink. And what they are saying is if I walked into their store with a faulty John Frieda product I would be told to contact John Frieda direct. Never ever again. Watch ordering online with this company

Bought hand sanitiser and lip balm online with some other products, first part of the order arrived. Then 2 weeks later the hand sanitiser and lip balm finally arrived. When I opened the parcel the bottels were open and leaked everywhere and the lip balms ripped off the packets, sent a picture as evidence and complained. Superdrug wanted me to put my hand in the parcel and clean the usable bottles and use them. 7 automated twitter responese later, I sent the items back and 8 weeks later I have not had my refund and i have had to go through resolver and superdrug are still dragging their feet over £13, disgraceful, corrupt behaviour they are acting like thieves

Ordered online and on checking my bank account realised I had been overcharged. An item I hadn't ordered had been added to my order. I contacted superdrug via chat within an hour and cancelled. Was told the cancellation couldn't be guaranteed even though delivery takes up to 7 days. The order arrived, I sent it back the next day. Now being told due to the high value I have to wait 4 weeks for the return to clear their system then a refund will be issued. I can't afford to wait around almost 6 weeks for my £61 refund. I only ordered £19 worth of goods. I keep asking for my money but no one cares. I will never use Superdrug again.

I placed an online order and selected a closer shop to where I live. The perfume has been delivered to a far away branch. So I had to chat with the online staff to arrange for cancelation. They cancelled my order but I have not received my money back. I waited for 7 working days and I contacted them and they said that they will refund me and it will take up to 6 working days. I had to wait again, and I called again because I have not got my money they said if I cancel my order before collecting it they will not charge me and they need a proof that there is a transaction from my bank account. I received my money after 28 working days and after chasing the staff up. In addition to that their customer service is very poor. I will never buy from this shop again and I cancelled my loyalty card. Kind regards

I think people should be made aware that the Customer Care Team have built an impenetrable walls around them. Fortress Superdrug Head Office. They appear to only communicate when there’s an R in the month (apologies for the Covid reference), EXCEPT for acknowledging positive reviews, they seem to take a few and then simply make empty promises. They are uncommunicative and completely unhelpful when presented with enquiries, which makes me wonder what they imagine their jobs actually are for. I take offence at being treated so disrespectfully and as if I am a whinging idiot and annoyance simply because I have an enquiry about goods paid for but not received. I placed an order for home delivery on the 11th Nov 2020, I was given an outside delivery date of 18th. It’s the 24th today and despite many attempts to contact them on their sparkly and useless website AND via Trustpilot (which is a ridiculous route to have to take) I am still being ignored. If anyone knows why Hermes are still waiting on them, the same as I am, then please let me know. They have taken money out of my account and put it into theirs and failed to send me goods - surely this is theft? This company is a joke and the team at Head Office are shocking. I will not let this drop, I’m so very upset.

Waited 9 days for my parcel.... I emailed and got a generic reply. The parcel finally arrived and its the wrong items??! They have sent me SOMEBODY ELSE'S ORDER. Useless

Waited 10 days for delivery. Not acceptable even at this time of year. Tried ringing with no joy emailed and got a generic reply. Terrible service will not use or shop again with you. Also just to rub salt in the wound you sent me an email asking me to review my purchase but I hadn't even received It!!! Shocking don't buy from them go elsewhere!!!

Review of shop in Hythe SO45 6AG. I would rather drive 30min and shop elsewhere rather than shop in this store due to one individual who has zero customer service nor politeness skills. I have filled an official complaint about the tall, probably oldest working woman there, slightly tanned brunette who is always for some reason incredibly rude and quite aggressive.

They dont reply to the email. I have made an order 200£+ as company and I have requested about the invoice. They dont reply. Also every time that I have tried to contact via phone but they close without any help. Very bad experience. The worst customer service.

I am a regular customer the Bolton store always find it lovely clean easy to find things an staff are really helpful. This particular day I was served by a young lady, she was extremely helpful and helped with a couple of query’s I had. She has served me a few times before today she served me with a Lovely smile as always even though she had a cough and a sore throat . I felt really sorry for her but her service was still as lovely as ever . Nothing seems to be any trouble for her and always happy to help with what ever I ask and has given me some friendly tips on what make up to buy . I’ve been meaning to catch her name for a while but always forgot to check but today I made sure I looked at her name badge Lily . Lovely service always polite and friendly.

Ordered Marc Jacobs Perfect eau de parfum on line. OBVIOUSLY I opened it to smell the perfume (NOT eau de toilette). It smelt of nothing AND I have the original edp with a tiny bit left to easily compare to. Superdrug are saying contact Marc Jacobs BUT legally the problem/complaint is with them AS THE SUPPLIER however they keep getting different people to respond to my complaint that this is either a rip-off perfume or highly watered down and I want my money back. Never EVER trust Superdrug - I’ve lost over £60 as an OAP and I want my money back under Sake of Goods Act /Consumer Rights. They’re trying their best to blame Marc Jacobs but it’s Superdrug who supplied not MJ.

Don’t order online! They’ll send you an order confirmation, take your money, even send emails assuring you that they’re “preparing your order”. Then when you ask why you still haven’t received it, they’ll cancel your order saying it got “stuck in our system” Then they’ll start blaming “stock issues” as that’s covered in their T&Cs. They won’t even bother to inform you until you contact them. This was a Black Friday deal that I could (and should) have bought elsewhere but they refuse to let me reorder for the same price. App was showing my order as “processing” all the time too. Disgraceful!

Friendly greeting at the door. However two shop assistants talking on their headsets whilst I was being served was really off-putting. You feel that you are being talked about. Not pleasant.
