Between Evri and Superdrug a present didn’t get delivered saying customer refused delivery(no asked for a redirection) 5 days of messaging! Item now out of stock.. supposedly refunding!! Back to the floor required for directors put yourselves in your customers shoes!!”
“I ordered online, and I did not receive my order. The delivery company delivered it to the wrong place, and the parcel was lost. The delivery service admitted that they did not deliver it safely and advised me to resolve the issue with Superdrug.
Superdrug did not accept that the parcel was not delivered and insisted that it was delivered, refusing to provide any further assistance or investigate thoroughly. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they suggested seeking advice from a third party.
To make matters worse, there is no contact number or email to file a complaint or talk to them directly. The only option is to use Facebook Messenger chat, but they reply only every 24 hours, which is very frustrating.
If you don't want to lose your money, don't buy online from Superdrug.”
“Superdrug have shut down their telephone line, meaning people who order through them are forced onto out of touch social media or use their useless webchat service online. Shocking form, and really shows how little they care for their customers when they perform bad service, which they have by not sending the complete order. Will not be ordering again.”
“I have been a regular customer at Superdrug for many many years. I now shop at Superdrug Thornton Heath on a regular basis. The staff are brilliant. Especially Keanah who is a Team Leader at the store. She is fantastic. She has always been very helpful in the past and still continues to do so. I purchased a Superdrug SIM card and was having trouble in activating the card. I explained the problem to Keanah. My phone now works fine. Keanah is very professional and has always been very pleasant whenever I talk to her. She is a credit to Superdrug. She deserves 10 stars.”

“Ordered Marc Jacobs Perfect eau de parfum on line. OBVIOUSLY I opened it to smell the perfume (NOT eau de toilette). It smelt of nothing AND I have the original edp with a tiny bit left to easily compare to. Superdrug are saying contact Marc Jacobs BUT legally the problem/complaint is with them AS THE SUPPLIER however they keep getting different people to respond to my complaint that this is either a rip-off perfume or highly watered down and I want my money back. Never EVER trust Superdrug - I’ve lost over £60 as an OAP and I want my money back under Sake of Goods Act /Consumer Rights. They’re trying their best to blame Marc Jacobs but it’s Superdrug who supplied not MJ.”
“Went to Superdrug yesterday Wednesday 22nd of March 2023 in The Ridings in Wakefield to look at buying an Oral B Brush..I asked for the help of one of the assistant who was very pleasant and very helpful indeed.. I was shown the item I was interested in and asked how much it was and was told it was £89-99p but it so happened it had been put in the Sale that day at £39-99p I was delighted and bought it.. The assistant and Cashier was named Louise..So thank you for your help it was much appreciated Louise I’ll certainly be in again..10 out of 10 for exceptional service..😀👍”

“Don’t order online! They’ll send you an order confirmation, take your money, even send emails assuring you that they’re “preparing your order”. Then when you ask why you still haven’t received it, they’ll cancel your order saying it got “stuck in our system” Then they’ll start blaming “stock issues” as that’s covered in their T&Cs. They won’t even bother to inform you until you contact them. This was a Black Friday deal that I could (and should) have bought elsewhere but they refuse to let me reorder for the same price. App was showing my order as “processing” all the time too. Disgraceful!”
“Superdrug store at 2/8 StationRoad, Hayes seems liking to misplaced price lable ( cheap price ) together with product have high price intentionally, to luring customers to chose the products and only find out at the counter when check out. So, customers either still accept the high price or dont take it.
However, after I complained it to Ms H, the supervisor at the store on 07.01.23, the first thing she said/asked was: " do you want it or not?" , without any apology first. And she also was kind of blaming the customer and made it as if the customer was wrong themselves.
So, not only misplaced the lable price but also the attitude towward customer like that. I think they should get no star for customer service review. I was angry and didnt purchase the items and chose to buy it somewhere else.”

“Friendly greeting at the door. However two shop assistants talking on their headsets whilst I was being served was really off-putting. You feel that you are being talked about. Not pleasant.”
“Ordered 3 items, all at the same price each on 3 for 2 offer. 1 item couldn't be delivered due to stock issues and superdrug decided that as I'd paid partly in points for my order that a disproportionate amount of the points id used were on that one item they couldn't give me so they wanted to give me points back instead of refunding me 1/3 of the cash I'd paid. Spent 40+minutes on chat with 1 advisor who was speaking to financial team to raise a refund instead of points. I had been waiting over 5minutes for him to respond at some points yet while I was typing this info for him he said he hadn't heard from me and terminated the chat in under 30seconds not giving me chance to respond and their chats do not reopen when you type again. 2nd advisor told me 1st advisor had lied and couldn't give me a refund and that during the order the points had been allocated to that item. I tried to explain that points were no good for me to go buy the item at another retailer and I wanted the order changing to an equivalent priced item or 1/3 of the money I paid out back for the 1/3 of my order they could not fulfil. This advisor apparently logged a complaint and told me a manager would be in touch within 72hours. This was the 4th December. Today is the 12th and I've heard from no-one. I'm still out money and points for an item I didn't receive.”
