Only received 19 items of the 32 items I ordered online. Superdrug won't refund missing items saying all items were despatched. Sticker on my box states box weight was 0.002kg. When I've raised the issue of the weight of box they won't confirm what weight of the box was.

I don't understand why Superdrug are allowing their image to be ruined by using such a pitiful delivery company as Evri. On day 6 waiting for half my delivery after paying £4.95 for next day delivery. The first half turned up after 4 days. Just terrible service. Will never use again.

when i walked into superdrug one of the employers told me to strip because they thought i had stuff in me !!!!! when they didn't find anything they took me to a backroom and patted me down everywhere until i was panicking!?

Worse customer service company I have never met. They told me that they sent the parcel to me, but no parcel was found. They sent me the photo which is only a parcel box 📦 but no label on it. The background is blackout, I have no idea where it is. I have contacted customer service for two times, but they only asked me to ask my neighbour and sent me the photos. They are not helpful and not professional. Very disappointed, definitely not recommended

Do not use this company online. Customer services are practically non existence. They just keep sending the same automated reply. Send you the wrong goods. They tell you to send a photo of your returns receipt to give you a quick refund but then ignore your e-mail. Shocking customer service. If you like talking to a robot go ahead and use them. I am am taking this matter further. Will not use Superdrug again. Be warned.

i had an order of two parcels only one arrived second one is still missing after nearly two weeks there is no way you can talk to a human via a phone line they keep refering me to an online app saying you do not need a fb account the trouble is when i tried to use this it keeps going through my husbands fb account told superdrug about this but i get nowhere looks like i am going to cancel my account and loose £40 plus nice one superdrug

I ordered on-line as I am recovering from surgery and cannot get to a store. Most of the productions I received were damaged and in addition covered in shower gel as the lid had come off one of them. None of their online contact methods worked and when I called my local store they said I could only get a refund if I brought the products back. I explained why I couldn't do this but they couldn't help. I wouldn't order from them again.

I've used Superdrug for years without any issue. But my online order went missing (between superdrug handing to Evri) the lack of response on whatsapp is a joke (as you cant call anymore) Over 6hrs and didn't receive a reply, when they finally replied, they just advised me to wait another 48hrs, no attempt to find out why Evri was still showing as not receiving the item. The next day 1 day after delivery should have happened and 4 messages from me later, 2 asking to complain, i get a response advising the item was lost in transit and would i like a refund or it to be resent. I asked for it to be resent, that was 12pm yesterday and still no response 21hrs later, the items have not been resent. Customer service is apauling and their customer promise is BS

I paid £20 for a doctor's diagnosis of (what turned out to be) a reaction to a spider bite - Superdrug.com took my money and never got back to me. Even after I demanded a refund and an apology (and yes, that was over a week ago). AVOID AVOID AVOID! These people are unethical.

Had a coupon for free product. Lady on the till scrutinised it..called for assistance and asked me to move away from the till so she could serve others. I was then told that the coupon was worth 15p less than they sold the product for...which I can only deduce is because of the over inflated prices they sell for. I said I would go elsewhere and found no difficulty whatsoever in another store. Superdrug won't be receiving my custom anymore...I'm finished both online and instore.

Ordered and paid for Gillette /Braun beard trimmer from Superdrug next dy delivery at store in abbeycenter shop my order no 10040081238 Went three times no product available Asked to contact staff online did so terrible response from staff in a store on. Headset in London still no product told to go to store to complain Went to store told to complain online ASKED FOR REFUND TOLD NO WAY Emailed customer service no help from generic reply These guys re the worst Ihave ever experienced so busy ignoring the customer and blaming it on warehouse etc Still no product ,no refund , no answers PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I didn’t receive my refund, despite receiving emails stating orders have been cancelled. Orders are showing as refunded on their system but nothing has come through to my bank account. Wrong item delivered, they have delivered a cheaper discontinued item which is not what I ordered. Its so frustrating that I can only speak to someone via web chap on twitter or Facebook as I do not use either. no working phone number , because of this I will not be ordering again from Superdrug, I detest all this stupid new technology. Not acceptable customer service....

I have been placing orders monthly with Superdrug for years now (usually with no issues). This month i placed an order, waited a week and nothing arrived. When i logged into my account to see what was going on, it stated my order was cancelled! Not once did you contact me to advise of this. I started trying to contact you via chat - Oh what joy! 12 hours between responses and all i was told the items were out of stock (what all 8 of them)?? I got an apology and the offer of 300 points, which is the equivalent to £3 via chat. Definitely NOT an acceptable compensation for a £60 order that was not delivered. Why is there absolutely no way to actually speak to someone live on the phone or via live chat? The chat offered is generic responses telling me to check my junk inbox multiple times. I am an IT Manager and am fully aware of the functions of an email inbox! Superdrug, as a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money with you over the past years, I am taking my custom elsewhere to a company that cares about it's customers!
