“I did some shopping inone of your stores & on arriving home noticed my points had gone on someone else's card, so contacted customer service & after messaging back and forth I was told due to privacy data they couldn't take the points from the other customer, so told me to try & find the person myself. How would I know who the card belonged to. They were no help at all, so I said thanks for nothing & ended the conversation.”

“Had online account issues since Aug2021 and still not resolved to this day (...and still waiting).
I've had an online account with Superdrug + H&B card for 10+ years and because I hadn't used my H&B card for a while, it became inactive/ since expired. I got a new H&B card and have been unable to link the new H&B card to my existing online account since. I was told they'd have merged the cards so points and history would have transferred over to the new H&B card, but I would have to replace the card on my account myself. After numerous attempts of back and forth of having to confirm my email, DOB, billing address and explaining the issue each time, and at one point having been advised to submit a deletion request for my account, this issue is still ongoing. I had to obtain ANOTHER (third) new H&B card as well because a member of the team advised that they had somehow made my second H&B card inactive. No one has helped with my issue thus far and I'm advised each time that they have "gone ahead and changed a few key settings on your new Health and Beauty card", and to "try this again and it should work for you" - it like speaking to a team of robots who gave the same answers every time.
By the looks of this I'm not sure if this issue will be resolved by Aug 2022, so in the meantime I'll continue to avoid Superdrug until this issue is resolved (if it ever will).”

**Update** Contacted the generic messaged email address used in my original review response...NO REPLY!! I'll be contacting my bank to get charge-back refund. I have the necessary proof if they decide to contest. Bunch of unprofessional and shady scum. Stay away from these modern day lying thieves. Read the recent reviews they are receiving...all the same.
Terrible company. No customer service number. For a high Street retailer to offer only live chat is appalling. Texted someone for over an hour to resolve the issue. Then when I requested to file a complaint he stopped responding. Emailed directly but no response either. I'm not surprised these companies are going bust.”
“Placed an order to collect in store . Courier failed to deliver next day and couldnt find the parcel. Spoke to customer service few times that week by live chat only to be told would have to wait. At 5th day i spoke to JOSHUA who has the worst attitude ive ever experienced from a company . He fobbed me off , told me i was wrong even tho tracking hadnt changed all week and lied to me about the delivery . Only when i advised him i was going to write to head office to complain specifically about him did he change his tone and told me he would immediately send a replacement . We parted the chat with me feeling a whole lot happier with the situation but low and behold it transpired later when i went to track the replacement that he hadnt actually done it but instead had only fobbed me off again. "Head office" could you kindly have a word in his ear ( preferably the word SACKED ) I will NOT be using your company again”

“Ordered hand sanitizer on the 9th June contacted customer service live chat on the 24th as no sign of delivery. Replacement sent all good . Then original arrived phoned live chat was willing to pay for the dublicate seems no system in place for that . Now I have to return package by post office . Normally no problem but have basically been shielding and avoid queues if at all possible . My impression was it was all stock answers I was being giving . I will if course arrange for return but wasn't very impressed with the options available .”
“I bought 2 creams and both of superdrug company but when opened them found that they were not sealed. Wasted my money and not sure if they will be returned as there was no seal inside. And its not possible to go to the shop as its really far away from my home. Also if they dont have a seal how would I use it if its already used how would someone trust them. Dont know what to do. I had a bad experience with superdrug on parade in leamington spa.”
“Ordered a commode and a mowberry toilet frame online for hospital discharge home of elderly relative after surgery. Ordered a week ago, as reported as 3-4 days to deliver. Still no commode delivered (and on to day 7 post order) no reply to emails from customer services.
We are in desperate need for the equipment and Superdrug are not giving us any updates.
Really having a negative affect on my poorly elderly relative.

On opening the package I found that one of the deodorants had leaked all over the other products. I top to the deodorant did not seem to be on properly. I have complained through Messenger, but have not got very far. Please respond to this email and let me know what Superdrug intends to do about it.
