“I placed an online order and selected a closer shop to where I live. The perfume has been delivered to a far away branch. So I had to chat with the online staff to arrange for cancelation. They cancelled my order but I have not received my money back. I waited for 7 working days and I contacted them and they said that they will refund me and it will take up to 6 working days. I had to wait again, and I called again because I have not got my money they said if I cancel my order before collecting it they will not charge me and they need a proof that there is a transaction from my bank account. I received my money after 28 working days and after chasing the staff up. In addition to that their customer service is very poor. I will never buy from this shop again and I cancelled my loyalty card.

“7 days have passed after receiving unsatisfactory goods. Razors broken I ripped packet, Toothpaste bundle in ripped box with Toothpaste loose & most products covered in sticky face mask. Superdrug seem unwilling or unable to offer any refund. If I purchased these goods in a High Street store would Superdrug deem it acceptable to sell goods in this unsatisfactory state on shelves?????????”
“Dire company. My order didn’t turn up when it should have and I got lame excuses now I find they have taken monies for items I have not received as I cancelled the order - then told I will have to wait 3 - 5 days for a refund. Total joke. Avoid and shop elsewhere as they don’t deserve customers.”
“Absolutely abysmal - I was charged twice due to an error on your server, with two amounts coming out of my account on the 1st of March and its now the 27th of March and I have still not got my money back.. .one transaction is still pending. First I was told 3 days, then I was told 7 days.... then I was told wait another few days. Then I was told the IT team is investigating it and they'd be in touch in 10 days at the latest... 11 days later I message them and they said they still haven't heard back from them. Then they say they've cancelled the pending duplicate transaction and it should be back in my account.. still nothing.
I've been in touch with my bank and all they want is confirmation of the amount and date of the transaction and that you will not be processing it so they can release the hold earlier and I have asked for this on numerous occasions yet every. single. person. I have dealt with has been too stupid to do their job!
At first I was going to let this slide and put it down to a glitch and not write a review but given the fact that NOT A SINGLE PERSON has been able to sort this I am writing this.

“I placed an order online for collection at Epsom Store. I paid £1.50 for next day delivery but I didn’t go in to collect until 3 days after placing the order but it hadn’t arrived. I spoke with Lizzy in store who was most apologetic and couldn’t do enough to put things right for me. I managed to get the items in store and she told me to contact customer services on line for a refund.
I did just that and spoke to someone on chat and they were also extremely helpful. By the time I came off the chat an email was received confirming the refund.”

“Had online account issues since Aug2021 and still not resolved to this day (...and still waiting).
I've had an online account with Superdrug + H&B card for 10+ years and because I hadn't used my H&B card for a while, it became inactive/ since expired. I got a new H&B card and have been unable to link the new H&B card to my existing online account since. I was told they'd have merged the cards so points and history would have transferred over to the new H&B card, but I would have to replace the card on my account myself. After numerous attempts of back and forth of having to confirm my email, DOB, billing address and explaining the issue each time, and at one point having been advised to submit a deletion request for my account, this issue is still ongoing. I had to obtain ANOTHER (third) new H&B card as well because a member of the team advised that they had somehow made my second H&B card inactive. No one has helped with my issue thus far and I'm advised each time that they have "gone ahead and changed a few key settings on your new Health and Beauty card", and to "try this again and it should work for you" - it like speaking to a team of robots who gave the same answers every time.
By the looks of this I'm not sure if this issue will be resolved by Aug 2022, so in the meantime I'll continue to avoid Superdrug until this issue is resolved (if it ever will).”
