“I ordered on-line as I am recovering from surgery and cannot get to a store. Most of the productions I received were damaged and in addition covered in shower gel as the lid had come off one of them. None of their online contact methods worked and when I called my local store they said I could only get a refund if I brought the products back. I explained why I couldn't do this but they couldn't help. I wouldn't order from them again.”

“I've used Superdrug for years without any issue. But my online order went missing (between superdrug handing to Evri) the lack of response on whatsapp is a joke (as you cant call anymore) Over 6hrs and didn't receive a reply, when they finally replied, they just advised me to wait another 48hrs, no attempt to find out why Evri was still showing as not receiving the item.
The next day 1 day after delivery should have happened and 4 messages from me later, 2 asking to complain, i get a response advising the item was lost in transit and would i like a refund or it to be resent. I asked for it to be resent, that was 12pm yesterday and still no response 21hrs later, the items have not been resent. Customer service is apauling and their customer promise is BS”

“I have been placing orders monthly with Superdrug for years now (usually with no issues). This month i placed an order, waited a week and nothing arrived. When i logged into my account to see what was going on, it stated my order was cancelled! Not once did you contact me to advise of this.
I started trying to contact you via chat - Oh what joy! 12 hours between responses and all i was told the items were out of stock (what all 8 of them)?? I got an apology and the offer of 300 points, which is the equivalent to £3 via chat. Definitely NOT an acceptable compensation for a £60 order that was not delivered.
Why is there absolutely no way to actually speak to someone live on the phone or via live chat? The chat offered is generic responses telling me to check my junk inbox multiple times. I am an IT Manager and am fully aware of the functions of an email inbox!
