“Loved my first pair of mittens so much, I bought a second one. I've found they're the only ones that'll keep my hands really warm, during the worst of a Minnesota winter. If you're hesitant to purchase from this company, I can vouch for their great customer service! My first pair of mitts had a dropped stitch, something that can easily happen with handmade items, and the exchange process was swift and completely hassle free. Thanks!”

“I looked for a very warm and durable hat and found this one. It is very warm and even mostly water proof! Perfect for NW winters. Thank you for making such a great hat! Would totally buy again.”

“For 60 years my hands have been painfully cold during the winter, no matter what kind of mittens I wore. That is, until I purchased mittens from the Sweater Chalet. I can honestly say my hands have never been this warm, even when the temps were 25 degrees below zero! These mittens are worth every penny!”

“Expensive (everything by Dachstein is) but it works (which can be hard to find given all the bogus rave reviews one finds on the web)! Not too itchy for non-merino wool. Shipped quickly. Please link to the Dachstein website, not just Sweater Chalet' product offering of Dachstein clothes. The Dachstein website has much more information on the products being sold by Sweater Chalet. Would I recommend to others? Yes for Dachstein. Yes for Sweater Chalet.”

They went above and beyond in their attempts to find a mitten for me that would not only help with Renaud's Syndrome, but ones that would work with my ski/walking poles as well. “The socks, mittens and gloves I ordered are not only comfortable but they are super warm, the colors and beautiful and the patterns are charming. I will continue to give them as Christmas gifts, and to purchase them for myself whenever I want to "treat" myself to something special.”

“I would use Sweater Challet 100% of the time. The owner was wonderful, the manager and wife fixed the order immediately when one of the ten or so Christmas sweaters was the wrong size and color, and the reimbursement with a return label I printed at the library computer off my email allowed for free shipping back! I definitely will use Sweater Challet every single year I need family sweaters, without a doubt! It's our kind of business, for sure! Mrs. Doreen Pinkerton”

“Bought the 'Suede Touch Karg Glove in 100% Merino Wool by Ojbro' gloves for my sister who has Raynaud's and she loves them. She hasn't been able to have warm hands in the winter until now. The folks are Sweater Chalet delivered quickly and with a great personalized note and bag for the holidays. Great shop.”
