“I thought I knew what high quality wool felt like. I did not. Now I do. I make excuses to take naps, just so I can wrap up in this blanket, even in summer (and i live in Texas). The quality and feel is outstanding.”

“I bought 5 pairs of the item specified below, approximately 3 months ago. I have never worn them with shoes, or outside - they have only been worn inside as “house socks.” They have been washed according to directions. 4 of the 5 pairs developed massive holes in them, to the point that they are no longer wearable and had to be recycled. I’m sure the 5th pair is well on its way to the same fate. I understand that 100% wool doesn’t wear the same as synthetics, but this is absurd, especially for a pair of socks that costs $35. Many other merchants would simply have said “that item is out of stock “. But you had Herman &. Hildi make one just for me. I deeply appreciate it. “Best hiking/backpacking socks ever. I used them for a week long trip and had no blisters and my feet were in great shape. I also loved the customer service from Sweater Chalet. When I accidentally placed my order twice, customer service reached out to check in with me so I was able to cancel the repeated order. Thanks!”

“My husband was looking for some gloves that actually kept your hands and fingers warm. I have no idea where I stumbled upon the Sweater Chalet but I'm glad I did. I bought him a pair of gloves for Christmas and he absolutely loves them!”

“Sweater Chalet has given me two similar wool hats that are the only hats in my lifetime fully covering my size Magnum Grande head. 4ply boiled wool with no shrink excellent quality all good yes you will pay a premium for world class quality thank you”

“I have extra long arms so finding the Dachstein pullover sweater has been a lifelong search for something that would fit so well also so very thick and warm while still maintaining breathability. I am very pleased with all of the Dachstein products that I have purchased, gloves, mittens, cap and sweater,Bruce Evans, Idaho”

“I order a pair of merino wool mittens. They are somewhat costly, but are worth the price. My hands become cold during my winter walks with my dog and I tried many gloves and mittens and none of them kept my hands warm on colder days. That is until I found these mittens. With these, my hands do not get cold even if the temperature is in the 20's. Below 20's, I wear a pair of thin gloves below these when I have to stay outside for more than 15-20 minutes.”

“The Norlender products are great. Rick at Sweater Chalet is awesome! He went above and beyond to get me the last unsold sweater in my size in one of the Norlender lines from another merchant in Bergen! The manufacturer pulled it from that storefront, couriered it to Sweater Chalet and I had it delivered to me up in Northern Alberta within weeks. Thanks Rick!”
