“The mittens are warm enough to keep my cold hands comfortable. I also place a liner under them on extremely cold days of temperatures in the teens and single digits. The gray color is a delight.”

“Prompt service and receipt of caps thru Priority USPS (free) in time for Christmas, thank you. Dachstein wool caps are excellent quality. Large fits me snug enough to not fall off spontaneously (my hat size 7 1/8); extra large fits over wife's hairdo with ease. For anyone's info: laid flat the large measures 10 inches and the xtralarge measures 11 inches across (inside measure). This translates to about 20 and 22 inches circumferences. We have enjoyed the purchase. In Alaska at 30 below zero these are WARM.”

“I love my new gloves.i bought these hoping I could end the years of trying to find gloves to keep my hands warm.i have Raynaud’s disease in my extremities and suffer from very painful attacks in Michigan’s very long winters.these gloves are very warm but sadly do not prevent the attacks from happening! But they are the best by far that I’ve found yet! I love the craftsman ship and love that go into these gloves.thanks again!”

“My husband has a 40-year old Norwegian wool sweater that years ago, being ignorant how to wash this sweater properly, I shrunk washing it. I now wear this sweater when out in the field with my cameras. I wanted to buy him a sweater this past Christmas matching as best as possible both the quality and the weave of the shrunk sweater so we could have matching Norwegian wool sweaters. When both my husband and I physically touched and saw the sweater I purchased from you with a weave almost exactly as the sweater I shrank, both of us frankly could not believe I was able to find quality the way quality was 40 years ago. We both are so very grateful to the Sweater Chalet. Thank you so much for not compromising quality as most of this world has today. My husband LOVES his sweater and it looks so good on him!”

“Very friendly and responsive to inquiries. I have purchased Dachstein mittens and PossumDown gloves from Sweater Chalet based on their quality and the fact they keep my hands warm in winter. The only issue I have is with the PossumDown gloves wearing out but that's due to extensive use. I volunteer at an animal shelter working with dogs and the constant outdoor interaction does wear on most any glove. I had purchased major brand gloves and mittens costing much more but none were able to keep my hands as warm warm as Sweater Chalet's.”

“I love my wool neon socks and the great colors. Sweater Chalet sends items quickly and includes a little European chocolate in the package. When I was sent the wrong item, they replied to my email right away and the correct item arrived in two days. For the returned item, I was emailed a first class label. Excellent service and product!”

“I would give an "excellent" rating, as I like almost everything about them. But, I was not able to reach them by phone, no matter how many messages I left. Never called me back. Outside of that, love the selection, prices, etc.”
