Purchase frameless wall clock in June. Have sent it back 4 times and on Friday incorrect item delivered again. Advertising - all roman numerals, got 3, 6, 9 and 12 roman numerals and 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 and 11 just lines. Advertising - short hand length 32cm, got 8 cm. Advertising - long hand length 40cm, got 10cm Advertising - size of numerals 9,5 x 6cm, got 5x3cm. Silver on roman numerals is damaged.

Bad customer service, customer service telephone rings for at leat 4 minutes no answer, PLS KEEP THE BS THAT U BUSY FOR YOU'RE SELF, send emails and got a stupid answer back, looks like the customer pays for takealot mistakes, when I purchase a item, it was canceled by takealot (NO STOCK) remember first delivery is free, I HAVE NOT RESIVED A FIRST FREE DELIVERY, I made a second purchase and by takealot default I must pay R65 for a free first delivery, WHAT BS IS THIS

I have ordered from takealot before, but rhis time they couldn't find my address. I have refund me, but I really wanted my order. They didn't contact me and I have confirmed my telephone number. Super disappointed!!!

We order a lot from Takealot online store. Very prompt & quick service have never ever not received an item that we ordered & paid for, also done some returns and my basket was promptly credited. Very happy customer

We ordered a JBL 6 portable speaker. We received an illuminated house number. I told my wife to check that the colour of the JBL is Teal as ordered, only to find its not even the product ordered. I'm livered it's for my son's birthday. I expect this to be sorted quickly, our time wasted going to sort out this stuff up!!!

I am very unhappy my order number #112017606 was not delivered and I am getting a message saying recipient refused delivery where as no one called to say maybe they are outside , this was a birthday present for my niece and it has been ruined by the incompetency of Takealot, if they were getting lost why didn’t they call ? I am really unhappy I need this to be fixed I don’t want any refund I just want this gift to be delivered to the rightful address , it’s really unacceptable, my mother stayed the entire day waiting for delivery which never happened , please fix this , my contact details are as follows ~ 0742946600-- L. Placed my order and paid for on 12 August 2022 received email that they are waiting for an item and can only deliver on 25 August I can't cancel my order as I have already paid for it I could have stopped at Checkers and bought everything on the same day - no nonsense - no stories

Don't ever buy anything from Take A Lot, everything is Fong Kong, fake, this company should be closed down,their must be a law or Court to close them down, I wouldn't take anything for free from them, sies

They have shocking delivery service and lie. They say customer has no money or that we not available even after you call them several times to confirm delivery. They rescheduled and put rubbish excuses. We had to eventually go collect our order.

Takealot is deliberately i flating prices and falsely advertising special prices. I wanted to buy a memre airfoam premium classic pillow. It is losted for R1050. Actual price from other retailers is between R440 (Loot) and R550 (game, makro). Daylight robbery. Get it eight Takealot. Someone should complain wto the ombudsman for deceptieving customers with fake specials

Best service I've ever experienced! I bought 2 tablets. On receiving them I saw the one's screen has a crack. I asked for a replacement on the 19th of July. The broken tablet was picked up on the 21st also is the replacement tablet delivered ! thank you Takelot of such good service!

Just because I put in an honest review as to what I think of an item it is rejected. I buy a lot from Takealot but you are making a big mistake only publishing reviews you LIKE❗️ Takealot should cancel reviews in my opinion if only good reviews are published otherwise reviews are worth ZERO❗️

Paying a monthly fee on an approved seller account and we can't even seller in stock goods due to lake of seller support, unable to transfer stock from one TSIN number to a other..... it has been 2 months that stock has been delivered at both DC's and we cant even do one sales... There is no escalation process then tickets are closed unresolved.

I’m appalled at Take-A-Lot's service and attitude toward my elderly (78 & 72 year old) parents. They simply pass the buck and do not take any responsibility for the suitcases they had to return to them/us. Proof was given that takealot incorrectly took the wrong suitcases and then after sending us a photo that they received it, they all of a sudden couldn't find them - even after they sent a photo showing they have them. My parents have been e-mailing and calling takealot since the day this happened on 26 March 2022. On 02 April 2022 one of their agents sent a photo proving that our Private Suitcases (worth R5000 years ago when it was bought internationally) was received along with the other broken suitcases which we bought from them, that only made 1 trip then broke. What they didn’t bargain on is that my elderly dad always prints everything – so he printed the email sent with the photos proving they did receive the our suitcases sent to them incorrectly plus the broken suitcases that we sent back for them to replace. Now, if you click on the link of the original email that they sent with their image proving they have both our suitcases, one can’t access it. But we have the proof. Eventually they moved these cases from Somerset West Branch to Milnerton, where my brother in law went to that branch. The manager then said that he would love to give the suitcases back but unfortunately he cant because their company have a process to follow. What process? These suitcases belong to us. They've taken liberty with my elderly parents, passing the buck for months with no conclusion and lots of excuses. This is plain theft. My parents have really been patient but now we are doing what we need to do, in order for TakeALot to finally wake up and either return our suitcases or replace them or pay us the money of their worth, that it's worth now, not what it was worth years ago.

We regularly order through Takealot and I am truly satisfied with their service! At times we order from other companies too just to realize that we prefer the excellent overall service from takealot. If you had a bad moment with them, try again - you will not be disappointed.

I got a message that my delivery would be today . at the end of the day I see that it has been delivered and that i had signed for it . THIS IS NOT TRUE . No delivery was made nor received . I have been on the phone since 5pm and cannot get through but phone message says they are experiencing high call volumes for 45 minutes . I am sure there isnt anyone manning the phones. I WANT TO KNOW HOW THEY CAN FRAUDULANTLY SAY DELIVERY WAS DONE AND IT WAS NOT
