“ I paid for next day delivery only for it not to arrive the next day so i contacted them via WhatsApp asking why i paid for next day delivery if i wasn't going to get it the fay day, they asked for my order number ect so i sent it straight away only to be ignored, bad customer service, and next day delivery comes 3 days later so don't be fooled ”

I ordered £212 of perfume - they insist it has been delivered (WHICH IT HAS NOT), provide no proof, have a system of endless ping pong and obfuscation, but won't provide proof of delivery, supply the product or give your money back - disgraceful outfit - my experience appears to be typical of many customers - don't touch them with a barge pole ”
