“ I ordered perfume from them on 30 November (a Christmas present for my wife). I received an order acknowledgement email promising delivery in 10 working days. Since then I've had nothing, and no reply to my chasing emails. I finally received a response on 28 December (not much use for Christmas) promising to look into this. Absolutely hopeless. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere! ”
