“I bought a Suitcase for my Daughter , great Brand , Quality and Price , but obviously I bought the wrong Colour , as if I a mind reader , ha , ha. I took back to the Store . Instant Refund . So happy , spent the money on other items. The member of Staff was very professional , and a lovely manner.”

“Specifically wanted to thank TK Maxx for being able to order things on line to try. I ordered 4 jackets but only one fitted On returning three to Coventry (Central Six) TK Maxx, it could not have been simpler to return them and obtain my refund. Very helpful staff too.”

“I was looking to purchase a cap to match the colouring on a casual jacket I wear in the summer. I picked out the cap from the shelf, tried it on my head and found it fitted perfectly. I called over a shop assistant to find a price for the cap. They returned with a price, which was a price less then what I was expecting to pay. I am very happy to have found what I was looking for, and found it not expensive for the quality of the product”
