“I ordered my items on TOOLSTATIONS website on Thursday & collected Friday morning, everything was spot on, easy to order, collection was so easy & the store person Graeme at our Louth branch in Lincolnshire was exceptional, polite, courteous & very helpful. I will certainly be using Tool station again. Thanks.”

“Used the Toolstation in Treforest, Pontypridd the staff there are always willing to help with queries, helpful on products and carrying the goods to your car. Julie there has also been very helpful, try to use this branch all the time.”

“So happy to have a toolstation in Colne Lancs. Went in today and was served by Tom and Nic. Brilliant friendly service. The prices were very competitive. Will be using again. Thankyou Nic and Tom. You're a credit to toolstation”

“The service we receive from toolstation staff is second to none. A young lady named Shannon from the Gosport branch was very helpful and knowledgeable about a product that we were looking for and went over and above to locate the item in store with which we were able to use. So thank you Shannon and to Toolstation in general for your outstanding service.”

“I popped into the Islington branch to by some plaster board fixings I had no clue on which one I should get and I recieved help from Tyrone he was very patient and made sure I got a suitable pack, definitely pleasant staff at Islington Toolstation.”
