“Previously bought a round ceiling light for Utility area with the Box stating it needed a specific type buld (candle E14) I purchased this separately & exchanged the candle bulb temporarily placed in the light. Thought this seemed much bigger & fitting the glass case was tight but the light distribution was much better. To my dismay on turning on the next day I noted the glass had split in 3 places. Took it back to local store where situation explained. Could not have been any more helpful. Ina went to explain to Supervisor, Ben(who had already been listening in - so didn't need to repeat).Not only did they swop the product but they assisted by finding a 'smaller' candle bulb in their stock, placed this into the unit, tightened the screws & ensured there was no stress on the glass itself, making sure I too was happy, I purchased the bulb & left the store extrenmely satisfied with the outcome and pleasantness of the staff (not yet encountered a problem with any of the staff at Northwich on my frequent visits there)”
