After 2 whole months and 4 emails I still had not received either goods or a refund. Eventually I get an email saying that my money from two months ago will be refunded to my card in a few working days, and not even an apology! Absolutely despicable service. Avoid at all costs!”
“Two of my recent orders were tracked to Hatfield depot. They seem to stay there for a few days and then just disappear. And the tracking number becomes invalid like it never existed.
Another order i placed for click and collect, waited for confirmation that i could collect, didn't hear anything for days. After 40mins trying to get through to customer services, they just said we forgot to tell you it was ready for collection..

“Used Sunderland branch twice lately. Due to the covid19 virus. The staff were at door and taking your online order. Found them very helpful and had no trouble Geting my orders. I'd like to thank staff under these uncertain times. We done.”
“With this Covid lockdown like many others I have been doing various DIY jobs at home, one of the best things to come out of the lockdown is getting to know the staff at Toolstation Gillingham Kent. Kate the very good manageress has a great bunch there (Lexy, Rihanna, Rosa, Carol and the others i have not got to know s well) all lovely people, happy to help and are very helpful, with a big smile and a friendly chat even in these times.
Much better staff than the miserable buggers who work at B and Q, also a hell of a lot cheaper, much quicker service and helpful is in their dictionary at Toolstation unlike the those B and Q.
I believe a compliment where a compliment is due and Toolstation Gillingham staff you deserve many.”

Avoid toolstation at London road Enfield unhelpful staff with bad attitude the manager attitude was contact head office as I don’t care. Head office don’t answer phone or reply to emails was told by manager at store that they don’t care about customers and was sarcastic and rude one of the staff started shouting at me there is no social distancing when ask the staff and manager why this is the manager said it’s not my problem.

“Placed 2 click and collect orders this morning 4/5/20 and I was quickly informed they were ready for collection. When I got there I was served by 2 really friendly, cheerful and helpful male members of staff. Brilliant!”
“Ordered some paint from the Dagenham branch for collection today. Got their 6 minutes late due to traffic and the staff where just about to close that last shutter when I asked the staff members named Jodie & Gee if they could please help me as I’ve traveled from Avely to pick up the paint.
They agreed and where very helpful to assist me.
Helped me so I can complete my painting at home over the weekend.
