Avoid toolstation at London road Enfield unhelpful staff with bad attitude the manager attitude was contact head office as I don’t care. Head office don’t answer phone or reply to emails was told by manager at store that they don’t care about customers and was sarcastic and rude one of the staff started shouting at me there is no social distancing when ask the staff and manager why this is the manager said it’s not my problem.
AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID CORONAVIRUS”
“Placed 2 click and collect orders this morning 4/5/20 and I was quickly informed they were ready for collection. When I got there I was served by 2 really friendly, cheerful and helpful male members of staff. Brilliant!”
“Ordered some paint from the Dagenham branch for collection today. Got their 6 minutes late due to traffic and the staff where just about to close that last shutter when I asked the staff members named Jodie & Gee if they could please help me as I’ve traveled from Avely to pick up the paint.
They agreed and where very helpful to assist me.
Helped me so I can complete my painting at home over the weekend.

“Having placed an order via click and collect and receiving text message to say goods are ready to collect. I was somewhat miffed as to why when I made the 20min journey to the branch to pick up items,I was told goods were not in stock and that a refund would be made( still waiting for said refund). Why could they not have sent me a text to advise me of this before I made the journey or indeed why did they say goods were in stock in the first place. This is poor service in my view. Surely this cannot be blamed on Covid 19.Staff incompetence or maybe their stock system needs an overhaul? Either way very disappointed with Toolstation.”

Sent numerous emails via web site all I got back was a covid 19 message .You cant speak to anyone direct.In the end requested refund via web site and low and behold all I got back was a covid 19 message.

“Have used Cowley branch in Oxford for years & am pleased that they are still able to operate during these testing times.
Like the NHS, supermarkets and delivery drivers, Toolstation are helping to keep me supplied to enable me to carry on working.
The staff are all friendly and I appreciate that they are working hard for the click & collect service to work efficiently.
Maybe Toolstation will continue to use this system only in the future.”
“I have been going to Toolstation in Gillingham nearly every day since this lock down started. As mad as it sounds it is usually the highlight of my day, I have go to know the great staff who work there, led by Kate the manageress there is Lexy, Trish, Rosa, Carol that I have met, all with a great sense of humour and up for a chat. I don't know if Toolstation head office have told them to put on a smiley face and cheer the customers up or they are just that way. It sure works for me going there and the other customers in the queue all get the same service and react the same as I do with a big smile after getting their bits and pieces. Thank you Toolstation, Kate and your staff, keep up the great service at the best place for all the stuff I ever need apart from food.
