this company is a disgrace. we returned 3 dresses in July and despite writing 4 times Wallis deny any knowledge of the transaction or return. we have provided comprehensive proof, but they still send pro-forma refusals. do not trust this company.

Appalling customer services have sent two emails no reply. Ordered a top but had to returned as ordered small and they sent an XL. Paid postage. Returned item but have heard nothing from them or a refund. Will nevervisecagain

First time using Wallis online was charged twice for dress Aug 8th. Unable to get money back Many emails, always different person, keep being told complaint escalated ( 3 times now) Been asked to send and resend screen shot of credit card bill. Have read many reviews on other sites and all have same or similar experiences. Good at taking your money but not good at rectifying their mistakes, I suppose it's one way of making money!

Terrible service I bought a jumpsuit £44.10 and was to big so I sent it back via Hermes parcel shop last July and still waiting for refund all the numbers of proof from Hermes Wallis says don’t exist terrible service I did exactly what I was told to do by the parcel shop I also sent something back the same time to Amazon which I did have refunded straight away I used to love Wallis shop but I won’t be buying with this company again I wish I read reviews before hand I really don’t know how they get away with it looking at the reviews they are holding a lot of customers money this can’t be right

Waiting for a refund after 21 days as stipulated in their returns policy. I certainly wish I'd read the reviews. How are they getting away with this? It surely must be illegal.

I have tried to return my order constantly get same answer will be in touch within 72 hours nobody gets back in touch its not worth the hassle ordering from wallis breaching consumer rights

Trying to send back a jumper i bought but reading the reviews i might as well keep it as no one gets their refund anyway. I cant get hold of anyone to help with returns

I regret for not having a look on to your product reviews before purchasing clothes and now I stuck with not having a refund even after 14 days and couldnot even get hold of the customer care services.Totally bad experience

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from Wallis. I thought they were a reputable company. They keep giving me date's when I will receive my refund and those dates come and go and still no refund. I am constantly chasing for my refund. I will be taking this to the consumer ombudsman. I will not buy from them again as do not want to take the risk of not receiving a refund if the goods are not suitable and need to be returned. I would not recommend buying from Wallis

Terrible service werst customer service still waiting for a refund trying to blame me for there website error and got charged twice over a month and still no refund I will be taking this ferther as it unacceptable I bin more than patient and respectful but now I lost patients do not by from them werst company I hope they go bust

The worst store I've ever shopped in !. I've been fighting for a few weeks for a refund for the returned pants but unfortunately Wallies won't give it to me. So at the moment I have neither pants nor money.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering from Wallis. Orderded 3 pairs of trousers, they sent two but charged me for three, now they will only refund £44.60 for two pairs and are refusing to refund £25.60 they owe me, I have sent them two copies of bank statement showing payment of £66.20. This has been going on since 21st April, I have lost count of amount of e mails I have sent

I just wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Wallis, returned dress via Hermes and 3 weeks later still waiting for refund. Customer services say to wait until 22nd day but after reading these reviews I am not holding out much hope. This surely can’t be legal, they need to be investigated. Won’t be shopping with them again that’s for sure.

Returned items in April and still awaiting a refund. Emailed customer service. NO ANSWER OF YET. Will never order from Wallis again. They are very quick to send your order but ignore refunding when goods are returned.

Because the company was flagged by my credit card company as suspect, I managed to hold off payment for my order after I realised the order number was not recognised by Wallis’ website. Very worrying as all looked genuine and seemed like the Wallis that I had dealt with previously. Thanks to the reviews of frustrated customers I was alerted to the poor quality of clothes and absence of customer service. Beware! I would not order from them.

Terrible service, I've tried to DM wallis but can't get on the site??returned 3 items in 1 parcel last month, still no refund, after alot of frustration with returns procedure, how am I going to get help, it's ridiculous. Spent £90 !!

I returned two items and waited nineteen days for a refund after e-mailing Wallis three times. The two tops I purchased were size 10 but were still too large. Also Wallis delivered a wrong item. In other shops I’m a size 12. I will not purchase clothing from Wallis again.
