Wallis are normally difficult to deal with, but in the last few months since the announcement about the acacia group they are a nightmare to deal with, no response to emails. The returns system not working, just a nightmare. Trying to send 5 things back but going round in circles

Absolutely disgusting, ordered boots and nothing for two weeks. Given delivery date then received emailed stating the purchase had gone to the wrong courier with another delivery date. Still nothing recieved, when check tracking, nothing, no delivery date, no up to date information, when emailed no reply, ignored. Going to trading standards. Order and paid on 12th January it's now the 22nd January and nothing.

Quality of a Wallis coat after 11 months is poor. Considering this year, most of us have worked from home, a £141.00 winter coat purchased in January 2020 is now falling apart and no one is interested

Still waiting 2 months again for two refunds to be credited to my account despite supply Hermes tracking details and again have been charged interest. No wonder these stores are closing due to overpricing and poor customer services.

I must remind myself not to shop Wallis on line there is always a problem trying to return goods especially wen ordered on line and try returning to shop.very unhelpful it’s as if they make it difficult so you won’t bother and just keep the goods .with so many companies going out of business you need to up your game . Sorry for the bad review as your clothes are good quality and reasonably priced

JUST SHUT DOWN THE STORE INSTEAD OF MAKING PEOPLE EXPERIENCE BAD SERVICE FROM YOU. I ordered a petite coat in size 10 as this is my usual size, but the coat was really small for a size 10. I have a superdry coat which is size 8 and fits me snug and a Oasis pea coat that is size xs and fits me snug. So I contacted customer care team and explained the issue and asked if I exchange the product for a size 12 will can i get the item from the original price I paid for the size 10. Customer care responded with "Unfortunately, as the coat did not have any actual manufacturing/visible faults and was simply too small we are unable to offer a discount if you were to return your current item and re-order. I apologise for any inconvenience caused." You might as well shut down your store down after seeing all the bad reviews you have. Disgusting.

I have been told by Hermes there is an issue with my parcel delivery. No reason given!!! Tried to contact Hermes just get virtual assistant!!!! On phone just get message saying contact the supplier!!!! Tried to call Wallis but once again message no help line available but you can send an email. Can’t find email address. I had lots of problems with Wallis/Hermes during lockdown and said I would never use Wallis on line or Hermes again. Don’t know why I did this time and once again they’ve taken my money and no goods received. Got all the hassle I had last time and can already feel stressed about it. Message to self and others DONT ORDER ON-LINE FROM WALLIS AGAIN. Wallis mail order and Hermes have not got a clue about Customer Service it simply does not exist.

Returned a dress on 24/6. I had to pay to return it and haven’t received my refund. I have sent several emails but got no reply. Will not be shopping with this shop again

No delivery and poor customer service I made my order and received notice my delivery was on its way 13/07 so I checked my tracking to see my order had already been delivered...? Err..no it wasn’t - the online DPD bot was less than useless just kept saying my parcel was delivered- so I contact Wallis customer service and they asked for 48 hrs to sort and then a further 48 hrs for courier to respond that was on Monday (5 days ago) I am still chasing them for a reply regarding refund....my advice....don’t buy from Wallis online the system is apt enough to take your money but falls down if something goes wrong .... a customer of Wallis for 25 years but definitely not going be now

Absolute disgrace of a company. Lost my mum in March and had ordered something for her for the first time from Wallis tried desperately to return, as I had no way to print a returns label, no help at all from them for 3 and a half months, just completely ignored my emails. Shame on you Wallis adding misery to a very bad situation. Would never recommend this company.

I have sent 2 parcels back to Wallis with the labels I had to print off myself. One parcel had been acknowledged and I have received an email to say the money has been refunded but this is not the case. It is impossible to contact customer care via any communication channels. I have therefore made a more formal complaint using Resolver. This is all very disappointing and having read other peoples reviews this issue is sadly not uncommon. I am legally entitled to these refunds and should not have to resort to this.

Numerous emails regarding a returned item in March not received refund. I used to spend a lot with them but this has stopped me buying anything . Wallis are thieves keeping people's money. Trading standards needs to look into why they are not refunding returned goods .

Trying to return a parcel to wallis is terrible. Not the correct return label in the parcel to return .Hermes delivered the parcel but when looking online to return says they are not a agent for wallis even though they delivered it. Now having to return through the post office.

I ordered two items online one was fine the other was bad quality so I returned it two weeks ago but haven’t received refund yet . On a positive note I called Wallis in Dunlaoghaire Dublin ( when I couldn’t get through to the on their Uk line ) and a very nice girl called Jessica really went out of her way to help me both by calling me back with information and sending me an email . Hopefully I’ll get my money back soon and I also hope that Wallis will continue to employ helpful staff like Jessica

Terrible been waiting for a refund since 7th December for goods returned through courier. Lost count of number of calls.and emails.they keep promising refund and as yet not received!

I received the wrong item in my delivery and had to return it then had to call 3 times to be told I would get a gift card emailed across which to this day hasn’t happened. No Manager to speak to so the poor person in the call centre gets the brunt of it. Worse retailer I have dealt with online won’t be using again.

I have had a Wallis Card for several years and never had an issue until my latest order was returned in time but not credited to my account for a month. I have been charged interest on my account and they will not refund this as they say they have done nothing wrong, however this was their warehouse issue and not mine.

I suggest not to order anything fro wallis. Everyone seems to have the same problem. They say parcel has been dispatched and then days later say your money has been returned. No explanation. I suggest they need to get there act together especially other companies are struggling and closing down. If you have no customers you have no job.
