“ I’m having a nightmare trying to return 3 pairs of trousers, which were meant to be petite but are all too long! The advice is to use the free returns label, but there wasn’t one in the package! I’ve been going round in circles without success. I regularly shop on line and have never experienced anything like this, and I have been shopping at Wallis for years - NEVER AGAIN! ”

“ I had a terrible experience trying to return two dresses. I started using the returns portal, but it told me there were no available carriers for my area. I opted for self post and it would not let me continue. Customer services is automated and goes round in circles to avoid the return. I will never buy from Wallis again. I hope they realise they are loosing customers. ”

“ Wish I'd read the returns reviews before ordering. The returns portal is not working so I've tried to contact Customer Services but have not received a reply to my 3 emails. If someone has the returns address please forward it to me. Perhaps they are not too concerned the returns portal is not working. It is easy to order though. ”
