“Ordered a cellphone that was never shipped although my card was billed. Tried to get a refund but that still hasn't come either. Only took a minute to bill my card. Why is it taking over a week to get a refund. Walmart.com sucks and I'll never buy from them again. Hello Ebay and Amazon!!”

“After calling two times for help with an item on the highest shelf I waited for help to come after the person that answered the call announced over the intercom two times, still no one came to help, so I go get a stool from one of the shelf’s and climb up myself to the top shelf to get the items that I needed, still nobody ever came to find out anything, so I took my items and went to the checkout counter I did tell the cashier that I had left the stool in the aisle she said she was sorry, but that still didn’t fix the non response problem. Seminole Texas Walmart needs more shift managers that are able to do a better job, seems as if the workers are managing the managers, hope someone really looks at the way employees are “earning” the money, thank you”

“I received a gift & tried twice in person without a receipt and not opened with the second called by a manager to come in for approval of over $50 for store credit & got there that with scanning bar code comes up not available & I scan with Walmart App & shows up in the system just out of stock priced at $62.78 and would not give me store credit.”

“Binax NOW Covid Rapid Home Test was $14.00 yesterday.....is $19.88 today...draw your own conclusions....not sure if it's Walmart or Abbott gouging the public in a "time of need". Deplorable”

“The store located in Hallandale on Hallandale beach Blvd near S Ocean Drive is the worst customer experienced. I travelled from Miami to this location to pick up a few cans of spray paint. I waited for over 30 minutes asking employees for the key to the spray paint cabinet and no one could help. Then finally she said she was a manager and went to go look for the key, 10 minutes later she said the guy who has the keys took them home last night and they could not open the cabinet. I wasted time and money coming here and could not buy the paint. This is not the 1st time I had problems with this location, They heave a customer service box and i press the button for service many, many times and NO ONE comes. what's the point of this box? Why cant you have more than 1 key for the paint cabinets. Why do you lock them if no one can open them? I hate this location and I hate Walmart for the useless customer service!”

“empty shelves or merchandise left at the back of the shelf and unreachable. Unable to find most items on my shopping list. Unable to find someone to assist on any isle in the store. The prices marked on the shelves are wrong showing lower than when I scan the merchandise at checkout. Although there are employees around the self checkout, they are either visiting with each other or on their cell phones.”

“I ordered things online with walmart.com and got frauded by a 3rd party company. F&N Mart , for Now Magtein supplements. Walmart.com is all off shore reps and no one and I mean NO ONE will transfer you to a usa rep. Nor can you reach the corporate office. I have filed a complaint with SPSC against walmart.com and their corporate offices. DO THE SAME and buy from TARGET, Vitacost, Swanson vitamins or Amazon....Walmart.com is awful their site says walmart delivered the pkg but it never arrived and I have proof from USPS.”

“Don't buy unless absolutely sure the price wont go up! Tried to exchange a damaged item but they would not let me. They made me take a credit which would not cover the item now that it was not on sale!! WHAT A RIP OFF!! Walmart is apparently in the business of ripping people off!!”

“DO NOT EVER shop AT WALMART.COM....THE FRAUDELENT COMPANIES ARE AWFUL F&N MART FOR ONE. THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND SAY IT IS SHIPPED USPS AND IT IS NOT. THEN THEY TELL YOU IT WAS SHIPPED TWO DAYS AGO AND IT IS NOT AS USPS HAS NO TRACKING INFORMATION. JUST A LABEL PRINTED. I AM SO SICK OF ORDERING FROM WALMART.COM I AM ORDERING FROM VITACOST OR SWANSON.COM OR TARGET. THIS CUSTOMER IS DONE. JEANNE”

“There are too many fraudulent activities and the people that are supposed to help in the chat only try to waste your time and take 5 minutes to answer simple questions. I cannot shop here anymore because it is not safe. I have had my account broken into many times and no one cares to assist with these issues. I give you as much information as you need but they still choose to side with hackers. This is bad reflection on the company.”

“I wish I would have ordered from China, I would have gotten my order with somewhat of an accurate delivery date. This is my third bad experience with ordering from Walmart Canada. I actually gave them the benefit of doubt AGAIN, and once again I'm disappointed. And to boot....I can't get hold of Canadian customer service! Tracking will say "ready for pick up" or "picked up" on the specified date, but if you call them, they'll say sorry it's been delayed. Never ever on time from my three experiences. So my December 22 has been changed to January 11 so far. Never order from this company if you can help it.”

“’m appalled at Walmart making available the purchase of a Communism Poster you offer for sale including 5 of the most horrible, discussing dictators that was responsible for hundreds of thousands of people’s death. You should be ashamed to be a part of this. I absolutely will not spend another penny in any of your stores until you wake up and realize that Walmart has been built by us, the common people. My goal is to spread this atrocity to as many people that I know. We live in the greatest country in the world and yet Walmart allows a disgusting poster to be sold that slaps every American in the face. Shame on you!”

“Never received my order. Walmart.com uses OnTrac to deliver its orders. Ten days after placing my order, which was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours, my order had yet to even be placed in a delivery truck. After being able to prove this, Walmart finally issued me my refund. I will not be a returning customer.”

“A sweet Creations holiday cookie sheet in Walmart.com is priced $9.98 marked down to $7.48. I checked if available in store nearest to me. It was available. I went to store and purchased it, I was charged $9.98. I called the store when I got home and was told they would not honor the $7.48 price. I called another Walmart in the area and they stated the same. It is false advertising….period”

“I ordered a Cricut machine in June of this year. I had a lot going on and didn't try using it until recently for Christmas projects. When I opened the box, I discovered that the machine had already been used! It was dirty, had no instruction manuals, and someone had left a pen in the front pull-down storage compartment. The Walmart website wouldn't let me initiate a refund and when I called, I was told I had waited too long to do anything about it. I understand that in a way. HOWEVER, none of that would be an issue if I had been sent what I ordered which was a brand new Cricut machine.”

“Be aware! Egift cards of Walmart is one big scam. A flawed system, you buy the card and the recipient does not receive it. Walmart takes no responsibility. See attached photo, that’s what your recipients will receive…”

“I won't ever order online again. First item was a third party and when I sent it back, they charged $45. Second they said it would be delivered on a certain day and it came weeks later with the website saying it will be delivered but the shipping company saying something different. Then the day after it was to be delivered, Walmart website said a delay in shipping. The item I'm waiting for now says it was out for delivery on the 8th. The shipping company said the just received the shipping paperwork. Now on the 9th, Walmart website says delay in shipping. If your expecting it the day Walmart says, then why is the shipping company different. (ie FedEx) Don't make promises for a certain delivery day if it's not even going to be close to that day. I'll stick with company that deliver when they say, not Walmart ever again.”

“I purchased an item on Walmart Marketplace and it was a scam. The item sent was not the item described. The seller wanted to give half the money, admitting that the item was not the one described, for a refund but I refused. I opened a dispute with PayPal and both Walmart and PayPal wanted me to pay to return all items in the order not just the scam item. I pointed out that in my region the law was very clear that I did not have to pay to return the item but would be happy to if the seller issued an RMA for the return. They refused and sided with the scammer.”
