“The online service allows hackers to spam bots to buy up all available stock. I wouldn’t trust their online service with my payment info if they let hackers run rampant with zero measures to stop them or their programs in their system.”

“tryed to order gift for my son. was on checkout and whole website glitched out. tried again after another 2 hour waiting period. same result. tryed again after another 2 hours and again same result. walmart online is a joke. a joke a joke.”

“Try to order for Black Friday soon it went on sale it was out of stock. Best Buy is the best place to buy they don't run out of stocks when it's on sale. They give you a chance to buy it. Walmart always been the worst retail store”

“Placed 2 online orders and both were wrong. First order had shorted 1 item. Second order I ordered 32x32 jeans and was sent 36x34. Will Never order from WalMart again. And now I have to go to Walmart to get my refund. I am an Amazon shopper and will only order from Amazon.”

“I called to the customer service because I want to do a price match because the price is lower than it was a week ago for the product I bought. After speaking with representative I decided to give this product back and buy it in another store for the same money that you will now get this product. He didn't do anything to keep me being a Walmart customer. You have lost a regular customer who left you with several thousand dollars each year. Now with COVID 19, it's hard for everyone and you should do everything to make the customer happy. I understand the return policy but you should be customer friendly during these tough times. And it's not about $ 2 but $ 200 !!”

“3 times in 45 days my grocer order was not delivered . no notice given each time i had to cancel my order and place a new one with exeter pa store. this time it has happened 2 straight days tried calling and goes directly to voice mail with a full box”

“Delivery bad got package at night on porch no knocking no messages on phone Plus rain . Inresponbility If I did not go outside 10 pm I did not know the package is There some could steel that package...forget Walmart delivery.never again”

“I waited for the 7 pm black friday deal to purchase a new 65 I ch t.v.. As soon as I clicked add to cart there was a out of stock message. That's bs. From this day forward I will not waste my time with this store. I will also spread the word to everyone I know on facebook and in person about how walmart operates. Who list items for sale at discount and has none in stock to sell. What a joke you are walmart.”

“Due to the Negligence of your CSR for Money Gram I'm a Scam? Your Store has had a Fortitude of Complaints to HQ! The CSR, on the phone was Ignorant/Unprofessional! Now my Lawyer is looking into this matter! Your Store will be Shut Down for not Correcting their Mistake! Yes my name is what my friend gave your CSR and No it was on your End! Not Money Gram! The Manager on 10\30/20 Stated," Could not Rectify the Problem & was not impressed Wal-Mart HQ sent him an email; regarding the above!!”

“WARNING!!! Walmarts Third Party Vendor return policy is the most bogus business practice. We purchased a $329.00 adult tricycle through WalMart online and it ended up being a Third Party Vendor sale (not posted with the tricycle at the time of purchase). The tricycle had a few scratches, which we were okay with. After assemblying the frame, we found the pre-assembled gear was not working properly (note: this component came pre-assembled and fixed on the frame). We called a local WalMart to ask about returning the item and they asked us to bring it in. After we brought it to Customer Service they told us they could not accept it until it was disassembled and placed in a box with a return label. Personally, it sounds like poor customer service, but this is not the big issue. The big issue is vendor will not refund until the item is received and still has the option to not refund. This is the big issue. Imagine being out $329.00 with nothing to show for it. SMDH”

“Brought a car battery from Walmart 5 days later it was rolled back 11 dollars. Went to get my discount and was told I need to bring the battery in the store. Explained to the manager that the battery was in the car that I drove to the store. Was told I needed to take it out and bring it in the store. Called cooperate and was told the same thing. This is what l call false advertising. Other stores when n item goes on sale you only have to Bring in your receipt, which i had .asked what if it were a 55" T.V. that was mounted on the wall. And was told the same would apply. They don't consider this false advertising,what you think 🤔 will be bringing my money somewhere else. SHAME ON YOU WALMART.”

“Absolutely terrible!! I ordered a package for $300.00 after Walmart takes my money I get a text 2 days I need to be home for signature. So I go home and nothing shows up. I stay home the next day nothing. I call corporate and they offer me a whopping 5% for the 2 days of inconvenience of staying home. I said if the Waltons are that broke tell them to keep it. I don't want to take food off their table. So the girl says ill give you 30%. A few hours later I get a email with a 20% discount. I call the next day cause I have yet to get the package. I explain i want to talk to a manager. She tells me no Manger is around at the corporate office? I said well ill leave a review stating that..then she said...well there is one here just not beside me...I get put on hold 15 mins. I hang up and call again. I am told by the employee the manger does not want to talk to me. So i call again. Denied again to speak to the manager. Tomorrow I am going to the managers house in Bentonville and will relay the incident as it happened. Ill never order from Walmart again. Terrible customer service! Go Amazon”

“Careful when you go to your local Wal Mart, they have decided to price gouge at some stores in Nebraska. They’re selling milk at one store, for $1.42....go to a different one and its $3.75. Its the same with a lot of there food items. Taking advantage of a pandemic is just pathetic, when all Americans are hurting right now!!!”

“Walmart what happened? You promised 2 day shipping and not once did i receive my item, if at all, within that time frame due to your chosen shipping provider. Why do you continue to use the horrible shipping carrier lasership? Look up all the complaints about your chosen shipping carrier, they are horrible! Theft, shipping delays, no delivery, wrong address deliveries, i understand things happen from time to time but this has become the norm when shopping with you online and is very unacceptable. I will not be doing anymore online shopping with you until you offer better shipping options! You should really listen to your customers!”
