I recently started using Walmart.com in place of Target or Amazon. It started out ok but my third order was too upsetting to ever trust this service again. My two granddaughters mother has been in the hospital which of course has been very painful and upsetting for them. Through Walmart.com I sent them a game Luigi Mansion3 which they were so excited to be getting. Today the game came and we excitedly FaceTimed with them opening the package. It was an EMPTY game box!! Needless to say this caused even more sadness and pain then they were already experiencing. Instead of cheering them up, this did the exact opposite of what I was trying to do. I felt horrible that I trusted Walmart to use reliable and honest sellers on their site. Obviously these people were not. Either they are scammers or totally incompetent to not check what they are sending out. Then when I called customer service they said they would email the seller and send me an email. Even Walmart was being dishonest!!! The email they sent me said the package was delivered to the wrong address???? Really???? Could not believe they lie like that!!! FINALLY I was able to get the support person to document what REALLY happened and email that to me. The seller is called “The Gaming Place”’. So if you are brave enough to take a chance on a Walmart.com order, at least be warned about this seller. I will stick with Amazon. If this ever happened there, they would have have done a speedy 2 day re-delivery and probably some type of gift card for the inconvenience (in this case emotional harm) they caused. At least they seem to vet their sellers better snd have useful seller reviews and provide you with any correspondence with the seller(and don’t put fake emails out saying things like the package was delivered to the wrong address) instead of what the truth is.

Went to Walmart there was a large display of American flags on clearance for $4.97. The flags were just thrown around. Some were on the floor. When I went to purchase the flags they rang for $15. I asked for a manager. She said she would take 10 percent off. I told her the price on the display was $4.97. She said that was for something else. I showed her a picture of the display and she said she would not honor the price.

It has been a few weeks now since I was terminated. However I had requested days off that was approved by Manager TUCK, Manager Ricky And also Roy. An I went to them personally due to everytime I requested days off they were not being approved manually. However I received points for the days that was approved Roy explained to Daniel that the days had been approved an points were removed, however almost 2 weeks later I went to work on a normal day my shift starts at 2pm, im usually at work around quarter til. I worked til around 8ish pm an Serena calls me in the office to tell me she had added all the points back an that I was terminated. I asked how can points be taking off that was approved by Management an then added back. She stated it's her choice. I have tried to speak with store Manager Shanice on Several days an she have refused. Several Managers already explained that Shanice will not speak with u regardless. I have reached out to Corporate an have yet to receive a call back. Something needs to be done, someone need to hear My story. I have been wrongfully terminated an its not right. Especially when u have the coaches putting points on an removing points depending on how close yall are. Someone needs to look into this please

It has been more than THREE months trying to get my online order figured out. The third party seller sent me the wrong item after a month of ordering. They kept saying they were going to send the right item which never came. Now to get a refund of only $50 (??? Like common!!!) they want the wrong item sent back but I have to pay for the return with my OWN money (which Walmart says I will get reimbursed but isn't telling me how exactly that will happen even though both times I was on the phone with them I asked)!!!! I've been on customer service with Walmart twice now and still no money back they just keep sending an email to the 3rd party company who keeps saying the don't have a packing slip for returns. This is a company I dont trust saying send the item back (which I wouldn't have a problem with IF they have a return slip I could print out and use to mail). I just want my money back at this point. Ordered item beginning of May it is now August. I will NEVER be ordering from them again. If I had ordered from another company I would have gotten my refund by now 100% without the headache.

Got my groceries from pick up yesterday and it was a mess !! It looked like they threw anything on bags not what I ordered !! I deserve a refund but will never use again !!!! Madison heights Walmart 😡😡

I was a walmart online customer for 7 years and spent thousands of dollars. THey just closed my account because they said I returned too many things. There was no warning, they closed my account while there were open orders and will not refund. Where in the policy does it say how many returns are too many. If an item is not as described, you should be able to return. Beware, they will close you out at any moment.

Placed an online order on Friday, July 30th. Saturday morning received an alert that my package will be delivered Saturday afternoon. Saturday night, no package. Called online customer support and was told by rep that the trucking company would be contacted to find out where my package was delivered, and I should hear something on Sunday! Heard nothing. Sunday evening, I went on the Walmart site and saw a message that 1 of my 4 items ordered had left Atlanta and I shall get it Tuesday. Called t/t rep and his bottom line was that he could give me my money back. I asked to speak with a supervisor. He really couldn't tell me what was going on either, and all he could do was return my money. I have to wait 7-10 business days. Goodbye Walmart!

My husband has a supplemental health insurance policy with Anthem. He is allowed a certain amount of free over the counter items quarterly through his Anthem policy. The App that is used scans the products and it tells whether or not the items are eligible to be free. Everytime he uses it the App says an item is eligible, but when he goes through checkout, it says its not. Walmart obviously has no clue how to keep this App updated. Its the third time that hes just walked out of the store. We are now using CVS since their items are correct on the App. We have become highly disgusted with Walmart!

I do not recommend Walmart.com. They took my payment, delivered my item in another city and now I have to dispute with my bank. According to the representative I could get a compensation if I re-odered the item, but it would take 2 weeks to deliver. Walmart will never compete with Amazon. They didn't actually seem willing to help.

I’m a former employee I talked with 5 different people, everyone I talk with keep connecting me to someone else all I need is my start date and end date and no one can give that to me. I called East Windsor HR she told me her computer is not working she’ll get back to me, 5 hrs and still waiting I’m so glad I don’t work here anymore.

If I could rate lower I would. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. Both from a physical store (Kelowna, BC location) or from online customer service representatives. I will work very hard to never purchase anything from this company for the remainder of my life, also dissuading everyone I know from shopping at this store. I'm so disappointed by my experiences.

a) Your priced advertised was not what came up at register, when I pointed it out to a lady in the department (Hispanic), she reluctantly said I could have 1, I said NO, By law, the advertised price IS THE PRICE. I was buying 2 pillows. I am not "horse trading" south of the border...BTW, I am Hispanic. Then she did not know what to do and made no effort. b) The only redeeming employee was a lady at the check out who changed the prices. I believe she said she was from Romania ??? She gets an "A". c) I called the number on the receipt 7 times...on the 7th time Cust Service answered. I asked to speak with Management, no one ever came to the phone. If your business is not as it should be, it is not the COVID... it is because your employees.

I have been shopping on walmart.com for a couple of years I am handicapped and elderly what I thought would be a great experience is turning into a nightmare. I ordered somethings for my grandchildren I never received them a long with a grooming kit for my small dog I never received these items like I said I called they said they would replace them or give me a refund that did not happen when I called them back a young lady told me I was not getting nothing because I had returned about 4 things in the past 3 years. How do people expect to keep culike this if they keep treating them in such a bad manner.

No option to give -⭐. Bought a tv 51 days ago from there and on the 49th day having it the screen went out. The lady working said it can only be returned within 30 days but receipt and online says up to 90 days but it's at managers discretion. She was not friendly from jump and definitely wasnt helpful. I read to her what their online info stated about returns and she got hateful and began to raise her voice to me. I called the store before I went there and another worker said they would exchange it for me. They need to figure out their rules and regulations because according to visio they wont refund my money I have to go to place I purchased it and walmart worker flat out refused. Highly disappointed in the treatment I received today regarding a non functional 51 day old tv I purchased from them for $328.00

Walmart wants people to take a pre-employment assessment test. This has nothing to do with people's work ethics or performance. I wasn't denied a job, walmart denied themselves a dedicated employee.
