“very good service from order to delivery”

“Good communication from the point of order. I was kept informed throughout the process and my sofa bed was ready sooner than I thought it would be. The delivery team was great and made sure I knew exactly how to set up and put away the bed.They dealt very well with the challenges of getting into my house. The sofa bed itself is just as described, and is very well-made and sturdy. It has already provided a comfortable sleep for overnight visitors.”

“The service was fantastic from the girl on the telephone to the delivery men. It is very smart and comfortable as a bed as my grandchildren have told me. It is easy to assemble as a bed and although the delivery men took great pains to show me it seemed easy to erecting and put back to sofa status. However, after 2weeks as a bed I am unable to make it fasten it as a sofa. It looks fine and then I return and it has opened again. Any advise?”

“We had a really good experience. I chose and ordered a loveseat sofa bed online. It was quick and easy. I was sent a swatch of the material I had chosen within a couple of days. Excellent communication at every stage of the process.”

“Excellent from start to delivery! Ordered item only a few weeks ago and got delivery today! Thought I hadn?t left ordering too late but Willow and Halll were able to get to me ready for my guests this Christmas.”

“All very satisfactory. Good quality product. Excellent choice of fabrics and colours. Delivered within time frame. Kept me well informed on delivery date and time. Delivery men very efficient and careful. Would recommend. Probably won't have a need to buy from them again as would expect new sofa bed to last me out. Just one thing - sofa very heavy to shift with bed frame in and only tiny metal studs fitted to legs. Replaced these with some 50mm furniture gliders ('carpet slippers') from Wilko which make it very easy to push the sofa into place. Liked being able to visit showroom in Chiswick to try out sofas and choose best fabric to go with curtains and carpet. Wouldn't have bought such an expensive item straight off internet otherwise.”

“Excellent service from first contact. Swatches sent by return post, ordering on website very straightforward and follow up phone calls about delivery very helpful. Sofa bed just been delivered - delivery team arrived on time and were very helpful in removing old sofa and installing and explaining the working of the new one.”
