“Really lovely delivery guys and flexible delivery”

“All staff were very helpful. Even on a very busy Saturday when they were short staffed and very busy in the showroom they coped very well. The delivery men were excellent, took care not to damage anything. They had to visit 3 times as I returned the first sofas. I love the fact you can return items, that's why I bought from Willow and Hall.”

“Everything was great - as expected for the price tag - except that the delivery was badly organised and failed to respond adequately or at all to emails. The delivery workers, however, were friendly, professional and kind.”

“Minor point but you offer tea in your advert when you visit the show room - no refreshments were offered, that aside it was a pleasant visit, good knowledgeable staff”

“Website was easy to use and there was a wide choice. Delivery was efficient - we were given a two hour window and the delivery men arrived very promptly and gave a demonstration. Very comfortable sofa bed.”

“The service was fantastic - when you knew I was going away in a couple of days your director phoned me to say he was getting the delivery guys to come to me first before I had to go out the day it was arriving, and the delivery guys worked really hard to get to me before 9.30. In fact, they turned up at 8.00 am, demonstrated the mechanism and took all the packaging away. That is wonderful customer service, which I think is the most important thing in many ways. Thank you.”

“I found the lady (Ros) , in the showroom in Chiswick, extremely helpful. She spent a great deal of time with me , finding the right sofa, the right mattress, the right fabric for my particular needs. She was interested in sending me away with what I wanted , however long it took. She could not have been more helpful in spite of the fact there were other people waiting to for her time and expertise. I was also impressed with the delivery service when I had to change a delivery time and ask for them to be particularly helpful with a time slot as the sofa was for my 90 year old father. They were charming and flexible both on the phone and in person.”

“Online Ordering was simple. I then received a phone call to double check requirements and access for delivery. I was given an approximate delivery time, which was a quick turnaround in any event, but sofa bed was available even earlier. Delivery was efficiently organised and no problems with delivery.”
