“I've got to say compared to Joom which only gets a one-star I wish I could give it zero Stars... Wish at least stands behind their products. I did have some not arrived and as long as you do contact them within the certain time frame they can work with you. Some products have been great some products not so great but for the cost and at least the customer service how they step in and step up to the plate I do appreciate Wish thus so far.”

“I have read several reviews. All very bad. I have ordered at least 20 items from WISH. All but one showed up. All but 3 or 4 were worth keeping. On two of them I received refunds within a few days. The others I waited to late to request. Be smart with what you order. Furniture and clothing is a higher risk. I did order some boots for my daughter and they came in and fit and are cute. I ordered frosting bags that would cost me twice as much in the store and they work great. The wait has never been two weeks. More like 3-4 weeks. Customs will hold items longer at times for inspection. That is random and not on WISH. They do not know what customs will hold and for how long. I feel if you use common sense when ordering from a site such as this you will receive items and be overall happy. Think about it, if you look at common stuff around your house they are shipped overseas. Big box stores are the ones that mark it up to make a profit.”

“I have been buying from wish since 2017, I bought up to 70 items in various orders and there is only two items I did not receive which is not a big deal because if I do not get an item on time I asked for a refund, refund is granted and when the item come I get to keep it. Apart from some of the item looking cheap and some of their sizes or off they offer some really nice things especially their shoes I love the ones I bought. If they realized you do not received your item on the schedule date they are sending you a message asking if you receive this item. For the person who have bad experience I don’t know what happen but I enjoy buying from wish. I recently order a sneaker.”

“I am v happy with a of you it's just that you make mistakes and I shouldn't get upset like I do but there's things that I can't wear in pants to bed or whatever I can't wear them and also I got two blouses that I can't wear if they're too small and please I need a little help okay but I love your quality of material that's one thing I like and I gave you”

“If you buy something that's junk from wish I think it's on you. You should only buy things from China that you can't get anywhere else. That market. Boys and girls is legit. Use your brain”

“It has the things I like that I haven't seen on other sites like eBay, Amazon. Delivery is really slow on many things being shipped from an Asian Country. One of the stores is really late with an order I made back in July. They kept in touch with me and are sending me a second set of my order for free. No problems here so far.”
