I likeYours Clothing, and usually shop online, but I have to say their customer service is APPALLING. You can’t email direct, and it usually takes 4/5 times before you get a reply! Five weeks on, I’m still trying to get my issues resolved, and if it wasn’t for the fact they owe me money, I’d have given up long ago. Buying from them is simply NOT worth the effort!

Worse customer service I have come across in a long time. Have placed two orders- first one was as a guest and took over 2 weeks for order to arrive. Items were lovely except wanted to return to pairs of jeans- have been waiting for email or someone to come back to me to sort out refund as I cant print off the returns slip as nothing is being recognised. Have emailed 3 times, phoned 3 times and nothing so sending it back now regardless. Second order - placed on 21st Nov still not received and now checked paypal and see it was refunded 2 days ago and got no notification to let me know about refund. Was waiting for items i needed for a party at weekend- im based in ireland so only Yours shop is in Dublin which is 2 hours away- if had known items were being refunded I would have gone to shop to get what i needed - really really disappointed with customer service i received. Have checked my online account as second order was placed through account and keeps telling me i placed no order and thank god i paid through paypal as that kept the order number Wont be recommending online service to anyone and the clothes i got were lovely

Top delivered to wrong store. Despite many Emails, I was ignored. When I did get an Email it was automated and didn't answer my question. Very frustrating. Poor customer service.

I went into yours clothing for a bra fitting. They measured me 38D. I tried the bra on and it felt loose around and I said to them about this and they said it's the type of bra and that's what I'm measuring out to be. Trusting them I brought one. In a couple of weeks my back was killing, the bra felt horrible so I was in town one day and went to another shop banburys which were fantastic they took one look at me and said that's the wrong size altogether. Banburys was so nice and anything i said they tried to help in every way possible. It turns out I'm a 36 E. DONT GET FITTED IN YOURS CLOTHING

I purchased £200 worth of clothing rom here. They didn't have much of a variety of items so I ended up getting the same items in a variation of colours as I was excited at the prospect of a plus size clothing store. I tried of every item of clothing and almost all of them weren't true to size. furthermore the quality of the items were unsatisfactory, if not poor. I ended up returning all but a couple of trousers. Both of these however have ended up with bubbles on them after just a few washes. Sorely disspointed!

Still waiting on 2 orders since 26 march. Keep being fobbed off with excuses. Its very simple u post something u have track no so why is it so hard for yours clothing to see were order is.or has it every being sent at all????

I had a £30 e-voucher for Christmas, along with a couple of gift cards from other family members. I finally went to submit an on-line order only to find that I cannot use my e-voucher with my other gift cards, which would mean that I would have to spend extra money on P & P charges to split the order into two, whereas the overall order allowed for free postage. I did an on-line chat to check on this policy and then submitted a complaint (which has not yet been responded to) and have finally called the company this evening only to have this confirmed. I am very disappointed with these policies and the fact that Customer Services did not seem to be that bothered. To rub salt into the wound, you also have to pay £1 delivery for click and collect to your local store if you spend less than £50. Not a happy bunny and I will therefore, no longer ask my family and friends for gift cards or e-vouchers for this company. Rip-off merchants trying to get as much money out of their customers in a world where every money counts - disgraceful!

WARNING problems with Exchange of items WARNING: Ipswich store. Yours Clothing will not Exchange a Xmas present without a receipt. I have shopped at Yours for many, many years and always found the staff to be more than helpful. Xmas 2018 & I received two Christmas presents (jumpers) from a family member. These items were too big and I took them back to the shop of purchase (Ipswich) 29/12. These Items still had the purchase labels attached but unfortunately I did not have a receipt. The shop assistant categorically refused to exchange the items for a smaller size..... infact she had such a dictating attitude, I felt quite threatened and hurried out of the shop. I am still upset. Shame on you YOURS

Ordered and paid for an urgent order through click and collect on Friday. Item was in stock and there was no noticeable message about there being a problem with delayed orders or the fact that you do not guarantee the order will be at the given store when you have paid your money. If there had been I would not have ordered. Called the store Friday evening as saw that I had inadvertently put Hemel Hempstead instead of Leighton Buzzard. Was told that the order could not be changed as it was on its way to store. Called store on Saturday no delivery. Called Yours Customer Service on Sunday and was told that they had been having problems with Hermes and particularly with deliveries to this store - OK, then why take payment for an order that was not going to be delivered anytime soon? I have called Customer Services several times and have been told that click and collect cannot be tracked. I called Hermes in desperation and they said they give a tracking number for all parcels and I would need that from Yours aaaaaaaaagh! I called CS again to see if I could pick up the coat from another store and then when Hemel received my order, remove the coat so that I only picked up the other items but no, that couldn't be done. I had an important Xmas event that I needed the top and jacket for on Saturday and also a meeting on Monday. Given that my jacket had been stolen the previous weekend I was without a coat so could not attend as I needed to walk to the venue and unfortunately dont have the funds to be able to fork out another £100 to get my order and then wait forever to find out where it is! To say I am not happy is an understatement!

Poor customer service rather than resolve a problem they prefer to loose your custom all the best in this climate I don’t give them long before they disappear. I won’t shop here anymore

I ordered clothing to be delivered in store, the expected delivery time was 3 days. I heard absolutely nothing, no e-mail, the only way I could see the order was placed was because I could see the payment had gone through. 6 days later I went into the Leighton Buzzard store to see if it had arrived, it hadn't. I emailed customer service twice about a week later with my paypal reference proving I had paid, no response at all. I went into the branch yesterday, more than 4 weeks after the original order, they had it but couldn't give me the parcel because I didn't have an e-mail reference! I told them to send it back, I paid over a month ago, I just want my money back now. They only send parcels back once a week and it may take a while to process the refund! I will never shop with them again and in the meantime they still have my money (strangely enough they took it very quickly).

23 October. Place order for clothes online. Receive dispatch notice. 27 October. Get told items NOT shipped. Company wants an extra $90. 27 Oct to 2 Nov. Discussion with company about postage costs. 3 November. Request details to pay extra for postage. 5 November. Have heard no response. Request details to pay extra for postage again. 6 November, 3am. Receive payment details. 7 November, 12pm. Make payment for shipping. 7 November, 11pm. Yours Clothing CANCELS my order.

Worst service ever. Unrealistic delivery times, delivery information omitted, no express service, no tracking service, customer service is unhelpful and takes too long to respond. I'm never shopping from them again.

I live in Dublin, Ireland and this is only being sent from England. I’ve been waiting 11 working days or 15 days total for delivery that said it’d take 5 -10 working days. In this time, I’ve ordered multiple things from other companies in England and received them all. I’ve emailed this company twice asking about my order and have yet to receive a reply. The fact that my order is only coming from England and has still not got here makes me think I’ll never receive it. I’ve never waited this long for any item sent from England, either through Royal Mail or courier, even around Christmas. Avoid at all costs. You’ll probably never receive your item and they won’t reply to your emails.

Appalling! I was grabbed by the style and low prices, and the fact that they have a good variety of clothes for plus sizes. However, the sandals I bought last only a week, with one of the soles coming off halfway as i was walking, so I had to go to a shop to get new shoes or walk home barefoot. The bra came off at the seems after 3 days of wearing, and went straight to the bin. Like they say: buy cheap, buy twice! I contacted customer services and was denied a refund. It is such a shame that the company doesn't care about its customers at all. If they had attempted to rectify the situation, maybe I would try them again. It is shocking that nowadays there are still companies that can get away with providing such a terrible quality and service!

Here we go again. So much trouble and run around when I return an item to this company. Last time they said they didn't get it, wrote a review on here and they suddenly found it the next day. I didn't use them for ages but my daughter saw a dress and shoes on here for her formal so I grudgingly agreed to try them again. However, it didn't fit right. To avoid all the crap about returns I went through last time, I personally took the items to their Melbourne returns address in Keysborough ( address for Australian returns). I thought this time I won't get the run around about not receiving the item. What a shock, it was a pokey dirty little office in a factory industrial estate with a guy in it who uses the address o collect returns for his girlfriend who works at home. He takes them home other and she processes them. He took it and put it in his car which had other returns in it in yours clothing bags. Well what do you know? They said they ever received it Lmao and they keep sending me prewritten messages asking for the tracks Ng number, knowing I didn't post it but hand delivered it. They also keep asking for item details. Not one actual personal email, just form letters. So now after several emails, I'm coming back on here to see if I can get a real response and my money back. That's it yours clothing. I don't care if you are the last clothing store in the world. I will NEVER EVER EVER use you again. Anne

I ordered two pairs of leggings on Thursday the 27th of April I paid an extra £3.99 to have them delivered to Asda Shoeburyness, they should of been delivered the next day !!! Yours Clothing have taken the £19.99 from my bank and still no delivery I have had "Live Chats" every single day & all they do is tell me the same old story "It will definately be delivered today" and still Nothing. It's now 5 days & I'm still waiting. I have sent a complaint to there customer service's department & they can't be bothered to reply either. I really don't know what else to do, I'm absolutely fuming. I would advise people Never order from them online as they take your money falsely before you've received your good. Appalling customer service, "Live chats" not helpful either
