Should be 0 stars. “Customer service” is an absolute shambles. No extended returns for Christmas? So because my gift to my mum is the wrong size (honest mistake but the package is completely unopened and still have original packaging) I only asked to exchange for correct size and I’ve received nothing but blunt replies and going round in circles, will never shop with Yours clothing again after being a regular customer.

I am not very impressed I emailed and filled in a contact form and tried to contact on live chat ,and it took them over a week to finally chat to me and because it took so long the country is in total national lockdown, and we are now shielding and there is no one can help us and because of this they gave me the only option was for me to pay more money and get Hermes to come to our house and collect the parcel to return to them my husband is clinically extremely vulnerable and we do not have any support us

I am not very impressed with your company I have been trying to contact you for some time I just wanted to speak to a person my husband bought me a new coat from you and one of the poppers is damaged

I just received an order from Yours Clothing Ireland this morning. When I opened the package I thought for a moment that the order was wrong as it just looked like a large dish cloth . All crumpled up and limp. The description on their website said wrap style blouse but when I tried it on the whole front just opened up . What a rubbish product !!!

Has to give it 1 star to write a review, would give it none if I could. Returns policy is a disgrace. I returned items to the Preston store but with no tag attached unfortunately. The very rude young salesperson said 'tough there's nothing I can do,' Emailed customer service, that's a joke there is no customer service. Was told we dont refund if there are no tags attached, which is not what their website says. It says we MAY not offer a refund. This company seriously needs to look at its customer service and put some training in place.

Ordered a week ago and paid next day delivery. Parcel still not arrived! Nobody to contact as all online and nobody responds to the emails. Taken over £100 and can’t get a refund or the parcel delivered. Think they are going bust and just trying to claw back some money before they do. Don’t know how to get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM!

Went into the Cowley branch for a new bra. They measured me a 52 E. Told her no way was I 52... She brought out a bra and it did not fit. It rose at the back and half my boob was hanging under the bra. I was told I just needed to do "the scoop". Went to M&S... They measured me 38 H. Bra fits perfect! Moral of this story when you visit their shop and see signs that most women are wearing the wrong size bras.. Yes they are cos they are coming to you!

The service when I shopped in your Great Yarmouth store with my mum was absolutely disgusting. The ‘manager’ Lesley is so rude , when picking up a parcel my mum handed her the ID and she looked at her like she had two heads and spoke to her in such a manner which I found highly rude -this was totally unnecessary when all she wanted to do was pick up her parcel which she had purchased . This is not the first time I have witnessed her appalling service, to say she has the role of a manager is a complete joke as she clearly is no role model to her colleagues. I literally have no idea how she can work in an area of service when she thinks it’s acceptable to have such a rude attitude to people who ultimately pay her wages. For someone like myself who works in retail I think it’s important as a manager to demonstrate great service to customers , if I was my mum I would never purchase another item in your Great Yarmouth store while I was receiving such shocking service which she did.

Great Yarmouth manger and staff need sorting friendly as anything when buying but when you return item they are very rude in fact watch dog needs to go in there I was I filmed it unbelievable i know there’s a lot of people in Great Yarmouth have said this as well I certainly won’t be going back in there I would rather travel 25 miles than ever deal with that store manager I have informed head office!!!!

Customer service is non existent. I messaged them through their website over a month ago, followed up on several occasions, they dont reply. Bad customer experience. You should really look after your customers, thats what keeps you in business. Their clothing used to be very nice but the styles and material quality has declined severely. Must have new designers.

Parcel not delivered, cannot get anyone to answer my call, hung on for 25 minutes, online chat been waiting for 25 minutes for a agent message just keeps appearing saying estimated wait time is 6mins and 38 seconds and now after waiting longer than that the auto messages keeps saying 26 minutes and 50 seconds.

I likeYours Clothing, and usually shop online, but I have to say their customer service is APPALLING. You can’t email direct, and it usually takes 4/5 times before you get a reply! Five weeks on, I’m still trying to get my issues resolved, and if it wasn’t for the fact they owe me money, I’d have given up long ago. Buying from them is simply NOT worth the effort!

Worse customer service I have come across in a long time. Have placed two orders- first one was as a guest and took over 2 weeks for order to arrive. Items were lovely except wanted to return to pairs of jeans- have been waiting for email or someone to come back to me to sort out refund as I cant print off the returns slip as nothing is being recognised. Have emailed 3 times, phoned 3 times and nothing so sending it back now regardless. Second order - placed on 21st Nov still not received and now checked paypal and see it was refunded 2 days ago and got no notification to let me know about refund. Was waiting for items i needed for a party at weekend- im based in ireland so only Yours shop is in Dublin which is 2 hours away- if had known items were being refunded I would have gone to shop to get what i needed - really really disappointed with customer service i received. Have checked my online account as second order was placed through account and keeps telling me i placed no order and thank god i paid through paypal as that kept the order number Wont be recommending online service to anyone and the clothes i got were lovely

Top delivered to wrong store. Despite many Emails, I was ignored. When I did get an Email it was automated and didn't answer my question. Very frustrating. Poor customer service.

I went into yours clothing for a bra fitting. They measured me 38D. I tried the bra on and it felt loose around and I said to them about this and they said it's the type of bra and that's what I'm measuring out to be. Trusting them I brought one. In a couple of weeks my back was killing, the bra felt horrible so I was in town one day and went to another shop banburys which were fantastic they took one look at me and said that's the wrong size altogether. Banburys was so nice and anything i said they tried to help in every way possible. It turns out I'm a 36 E. DONT GET FITTED IN YOURS CLOTHING

I purchased £200 worth of clothing rom here. They didn't have much of a variety of items so I ended up getting the same items in a variation of colours as I was excited at the prospect of a plus size clothing store. I tried of every item of clothing and almost all of them weren't true to size. furthermore the quality of the items were unsatisfactory, if not poor. I ended up returning all but a couple of trousers. Both of these however have ended up with bubbles on them after just a few washes. Sorely disspointed!

Still waiting on 2 orders since 26 march. Keep being fobbed off with excuses. Its very simple u post something u have track no so why is it so hard for yours clothing to see were order is.or has it every being sent at all????

I had a £30 e-voucher for Christmas, along with a couple of gift cards from other family members. I finally went to submit an on-line order only to find that I cannot use my e-voucher with my other gift cards, which would mean that I would have to spend extra money on P & P charges to split the order into two, whereas the overall order allowed for free postage. I did an on-line chat to check on this policy and then submitted a complaint (which has not yet been responded to) and have finally called the company this evening only to have this confirmed. I am very disappointed with these policies and the fact that Customer Services did not seem to be that bothered. To rub salt into the wound, you also have to pay £1 delivery for click and collect to your local store if you spend less than £50. Not a happy bunny and I will therefore, no longer ask my family and friends for gift cards or e-vouchers for this company. Rip-off merchants trying to get as much money out of their customers in a world where every money counts - disgraceful!

WARNING problems with Exchange of items WARNING: Ipswich store. Yours Clothing will not Exchange a Xmas present without a receipt. I have shopped at Yours for many, many years and always found the staff to be more than helpful. Xmas 2018 & I received two Christmas presents (jumpers) from a family member. These items were too big and I took them back to the shop of purchase (Ipswich) 29/12. These Items still had the purchase labels attached but unfortunately I did not have a receipt. The shop assistant categorically refused to exchange the items for a smaller size..... infact she had such a dictating attitude, I felt quite threatened and hurried out of the shop. I am still upset. Shame on you YOURS
