This website is awful, it let me place my order for a Christmas present , enter my card details and then cancelled my order with no explanation I’m not impressed and would not recommend wasting your time.

I’m so glad there’s still some people out there you can trust... I ordered my sons 18th birthday invites & someone has called me to say they’ve received my order and they are on the other side of the country!😡 (Lucky my phone number was on the invites!) I asked if they’d possibly express post it to me & they were more than happy to do that. I’m lucky there’s still people out there you can trust! So I guess it’s safe to say I won’t be using Zazzle anymore😡😡😡 You try finding a contact # for Zazzle Australia....... The only # I could find was in the US. When I finally worked out how to contact them (via email) all they said was they’d refund me what I paid. I’m yet to receive that refund so we’ll see.... So now I’ve lost money and time! I’m having to pay the person who received them money to express post to me and also a little extra for their time and effort. Zazzle - NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could leave a picture of these garbage business cards. The paper looks chipped like there's pieces of paper on them that you can't even get off without taking some of the paper off with it and they were black so it was very noticeable. If that wasn't bad enough. Whoever they hired to cut the cards had to have been drunk. Everyone of the cards had an impression on them like they wanted to cut them in one spot and decided to go with the actual size of a business card.

I ordered a Christmas stocking for my dog. When it arrived, it has WHITE stitching over top of his name which is in BLACK on a GREEN background. It is unacceptable and we cannot display it. I have tried to reach them by both email and phone and never receive the courtesy of an answer. I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company. I will never order with the again

Zazzle sell the worst quality products, the items I purchased arrived very scratched and looked used. The quality of their images look like they are a low quality photo copy of a print that has been blown up 400% of the actual image size. One of the items was a magnet of a map, every single word turned out blurry.

Terrible quality!!! Ordered 2 fleece blankets that were personalized for my kids for Christmas. They came and were awful! The material is so thin you can see through it if you hold it up to the light. Very disappointed!! Will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know how bad this company is.

you can buy a 24.00 item and if its wrong, has a defect , they tell you to send it back it might cost you 17.00 to send it back thats on you even though their policy says well pay postage back if its defective i am writing the attorney generals office about this and have mailed all my receipts to them

terrible company, cancelled my order without explanation or an email, when i called some guy in cusomer service said it was cancelled because of fraud although they already too my money, NEVER buy from this company. Try to support the artist direct because this scam operation sucks. I don't think I'll get my money back without a fight.

I am mad. I questioned the quantity of luggage tags to a rep that I overnighted and he argued with me. Then when I asked for a supervisor he refused. Then I asked him again and he said that I used bad language. Really? I just insidisted again for a supervisor and he hung up.

they are fraudulent, dont apologize for them they are also communists i submitted black sun watch design my own, they said hate based. then they realised it wasnt and changed to 'copyright breach' ffs how can it be when i made it. horrible people

What a scam! What a scam! Supposedly they ship products from the UK but everything is mailed from the United States. So when i made an order of 150 pounds approximately, the customs charged me 252 euros in addition.I never received a refund, they won't reply to my emails and i simply lost the amount. Do not trust them.

Be careful when using their "Zazzle black" trial, they will auto renew and not tell you about when this will happen... essentially stealing from you. This is a toxic practice and does not deserve my business.

I tried printing stickers for a kids birthday party and I was told they were unable to print due to copyright issues. I was not printing for commercial purposes or anything like that. Basically I wasted 3 hours of my time creating the stickers and ordering just to find out 4 days later that they won't print them anyway. Go elsewhere or print from home for smaller jobs, you will save a lot of money this way as well.

Ordered 3 t-shirts with my original artwork. 2 of the 3 shirts I've ordered previously and multiple times. All 3 were gifts for important performers connected to my business and in a sense, the reputation of the business. Zazzle canceled all 3 orders with ZERO notice and no explanation identified in the order history on their site. This is the same business that when I complained about a printing problem previous, actually bent over backwards to make it right. But this in contrast is an unacceptable business practice. Go with a local print shop!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!!! They took my order and my money in seconds. I was then advised they couldn't process the SIMPLE order. Now, I cannot get my more than $100 order refunded for weeks and no one will return my inquiries. NEVER EVER USE ZAZZLE!! USE ANYTHING BUT ZAZZLE!

If you are in the UK I would avoid ordering. Paid over £11 for the 2-4 business day delivery (the website is a .co.uk address implying I should be fine to order with this option and receive in the allotted time) After complaining to multiple people I’m met with sarcasm and a brush off. It’s laughable. To say that it’s ‘clear’ this is 2-4 business days after manufacturing, and that it will be arriving in just over a week rather than in the 2-4 day delivery I paid for - days after I needed the order for anyway - is disgusting. Any refund or apology or partial refund... or concern at all? Nope. Now this is being blamed on me, for not assuming this .co.uk websites delivery estimates were completely false for people within the uk. Really poor customer service, cheers for nothing Cora. 👍🏻 Definitely won’t be ordering again, just don’t be fooled and use a reputable company instead.

Terrible quality!! Waste of money...ordered stickers, the printing quality is so bad I'm too embarrased to use them, what a waste of time and money...wont order with them ever again.
