Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“Booked a driver for 2 days for our first trip to Bali. Had lots of correspondence from Gede our driver who helped me plan things to do. He arrived on time and was very welcoming. We immediately felt at ease which was so important as we were spending a lot of time with him. We got to do more by booking with him than we would have done on our own. Nothing was too much trouble and throughout the trip he gave us information about Bali. I would not hesitate to book again.”

“This experience was perfect for first getting to Bali. Everything was extremely organized and when you landed and got through customs, it was easy to find your driver and get on the road. Bawa (our driver) was extremely kind and made arriving in Bali feel like home immediately. We are weeks into our trip and still talking about Bawa. We actually ended up using him later in the trip too as a driver! Would 100% recommend!”

“Fantastic website, information and driver (Gede)! Gede was our airport transfer driver and we booked him also for an Ubud day tour. We customized our itinerary and Gede was a wonderful driver and host. We ended our day with a great dinner at Potato Head Beach Club. We highly recommend Bali Holiday Secrets for anyone visiting Bali!”

“Our experience was excellent. Our driver Reven (pronounce "Rayven") messaged me well in advance, and met me at DPS: Ngurah Rai International Airport, recognized me from my picture I sent him, took my luggage, led me to his car (white with red trim), loaded my luggage, gave me a bottle of water, and took me to my hotel. His English is good, we talked about various things during the ride, he taught me a few simple Bali language phrases to say, like "sook-sah-mah" (thank you). Later we contracted with him for rides to various destinations in Bali, he was always very reliable and helpful. I feel grateful for Reven and all his help, and Bali Holiday Secrets for the initial contact.”

“My first trip to Bali & my first big solo adventure! I'm so glad I did my homework and booked all my trips through this site. It has made everything so easy for me. Everything worked like Michael said it would. My driver for the past 2 days has been the amazing Komang Rudal. He's driven me to places I wouldn't have been able to find without his knowledge. He even very kindly took photos for me so I don't just have the obligatory selfies! The East Bali tour is incredible & I'd recommend it to anyone. Virgin beach beats any I've been to in the Caribbean. Immaculately clean car, a bottle of water and a great deal of patience - you definitely need that to drive in Bali!”

“Gede, our driver meet us on time at the cruise terminal. He was friendly and courteous and most importantly an excellent driver who maneuvered through the traffic with great skill.
