Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“Gede was my driver and did a great job. His English was good and he was very friendly. I did the gitgit waterfall tour and he added the Banyumala waterfall which was fantastic. The hike is very steep and the stairs can be a challenge but worth it.”

“Airport transfer went as promised. Instructions on where to meet Gide (the driver - excuse the spelling) we're precise and he was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Exactly the smooth transfer needed after a long day travelling. Highly recommended.”

“We booked a 10hour tour and decided to see places around Ubud. Our driver Wayan was very helpful with suggestions to find the best itinerary. Initially, we were thinking about renting a car by our own, but we were very happy we did not and had with Wayan an experienced driver.”

“A wonderful experience having landed in Bali for the first time, on my own, late into the night. My driver, Kadek, took great care of me finding me at the airport and dropping me off at my location in Ubud. While driving, he shared some great suggestions, as well as told me about Bali - culture, regions, food, you name it! Everything prior my arrival was great too, informing me, in detail, over my transfer arrangements, and what to expect, alongside some helpful directions for data SIM and ATMs at the airport, which I followed.”

“Kadek was fantastic. He was very chatty and told me lots about Balinese culture. He was on time, and gave me some good suggestions for things to visit. His car was new and had excellent air con. Looking forward to my next trip with him!”

“We found Bali Holiday Secrets website when looking for arrival information for Bali DPS airport and booked an arrival transfer. The service we received was second to none with excellent information and confirmation as soon as we booked. Ready for our arrival we had full contact details for Dendong, along with a picture of her and the car so we knew who to look out for. It made our arrival so easy and we could easily connect with Dendong. Dendong’s service was superb and she took us safely to our accommodation in Ubud, even offering to stop along the way should we need anything! We’d definitely recommend the service to anyone needing professional, safe and courteous transfers and day tours. Than you Dendong!”

“We booked several day trips and transfers through Bali holiday secrets. Their service was excellent. Michael was very easy to communicate with and handled one minor issue that we had promptly and professionally. Special shout out to our driver Gede who was very friendly and was happy to help with all of our requests. He even entertained our 2 year old with children’s videos when she got restless in the car. Would definitely use this service again. 5 stars.”

“Everything was perfect. Michael and his team contacted me right away after booking and continued to communicate with me throughout. My driver, Made, reached out to me a day before to confirm my arrival times. After my plane landed Made texted me right away to inform me where to go and of his location and provided a photo of himself again. Clearing customs and baggage took quite a long time but Made waited for me patiently and we kept texting status updates. Finally after clearing customs, I was able to locate my driver very quickly and he took good care of me from there on. He carried my luggage, we made friendly conversation during car trip, and Made stopped at a shop for me prior to arriving at the villa to help purchase my groceries and necessities. The service was truly great and worth every penny spent. I would highly recommend Bali Holiday Secrets. Michael and his team of drivers are professional and provide the type of efficient and courteous service you want after a long and exhausting flight.”

“Came across BHS late the evening (around 1130pm) before our wanted excursion and sent a request. Within minutes we received and answer and within 30 minutes all was booked and confirmed. The next day (8am), we got our drivers name and picture + picture of car and license plate. Driver took contact with us just before he arrived and took care of us the full day. Very nice, polite and drow very carefully. We extended our time and simply paid the driver directly. Can with warm hand recommend Michael (at BHS) and our appointed driver, Komang. Thanks for supporting a special day for us! ❤️”
