Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“Deni was brilliant, we had a rough idea where we wanted to go but her suggestions were much appreciated. She accompanied us through a couple of stops and was able to explain them in greater detail. Excellent English. We had a great day out. She looked after the old girls well. Sorry am technologically challenged so uploading a photo. Have tried, but not sure what you'll receive, if anything”

“Wow. Talking about taking the stress out of arriving in a new country. Our driver, Wayan, put us at ease with the messages before we even left home. Once we arrived, he was quick to identify us and take us towards the car park. He handled the traffic with confidence and calmness and had us quickly on the way to our friend’s place. He was a wealth of information along the way and we were so appreciative that he’d done his research to find the address. Thanks. So glad we found your blog just before we left.”

“We booked an airport transfer via Bali Holiday Secrets and after our journey to arrive to Bali (25 hours!!), we were glad to have such a nice and experienced driver. He told us about the nice places to visit, about the Balinese culture and where to find good restaurants around our hotel! It was an amazing drive, thank you again!”

“My driver was a star, putting up with my delays, pointing out the features and suburbs, and chatting about what could be done during my stay. The chaos of traffic from Airport to the hotel was a shock at first and if you don't have a great driver, you would be stressed by all the turmoil. This is such a good service and a great way to enter and leave Bali. A few minutes before meeting my driver sent a photo of the card he would be holding - that was a great move and I had no problem spotting him amongst all the drivers.”

“Had an airport transfer. Sure was convenient. It took us forever to get through the airport. I messaged our driver directly from inside the airport on WhatsApp to tell how delayed we were. He waited and finally we got through and met him outside. He had a sign with Baliholiday Secrets on it. He had a big smile and a very warm demeanour. In our frazzled state, it was really nice to see him and know we were in good hands. Air conditioned car was immaculate. Driving skills very good. He was very patient. We would use Kudek again.”

“My driver kadeck was excellent did a day trip to ubud told him what I wanted to see so he mapped it all out for me and put in a few extra suggestions got stuck in bad traffic near ubud so he took some short cuts made for an interesting experience he spoke good English and was very informative couldn't really fault the experience”

“We spent two days touring around with our driver Dana from Bali Holiday Secrets and it was the best choice we could have made. Dana was an exceptional driver whom through his knowledge of the locations managed to avoid the busiest times allowing us to almost have places like Monkey Forest and Goa Gajah to ourselves. We were able to change the itinerary on the fly as well which was fantastic. Our driver Dana was one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, we shared some laughs and all got along great. He is a true assets to the company and really made the trip. If your looking for a private driver for the day then Bali Holiday Secrets is the company to use and if your lucky you’ll get Dana and have a great time!”

“We had an amazing first day! Dendong put our troubles at ease picking us up from the airport, it was nice to see a familiar face in the crowd of taxi drivers. She was a delight, spoke English wonderfully, had waters in the car, and clean atmosphere. We did a day tour in Ubud and transfer to the hotel. She even took us by a great super market on our way home. The best part was just talking with her and learning about the culture in Bali. She was kind, respectful, gave us suggestions and let us run the day. It was as if we had family or a good friend with us all day! Thank you Dendong!”

“Has to be the best transfer system to get to and from your hotel in Bali from the Denpasar airport. We were met by friendly Gedy in his excellent 6-seater, given free chilled bottled water and transferred to our Seminyak hotel whilst being treated like star passengers. Forget all of the normal Bali airport taxi hassles and get collected in style with reliable drivers vetted by Michael the guy who runs the service. absolutely no negatives in the Bali Holiday Secrets service. “Excellent communication from organisation and driver - especially when driver details changed. Pre arrival provision of driver’s WhatsApp details to be able to exchange selfies and coordinate pick up details is an excellent option - - and in our case enabled us to inform him when our flight was delayed thus avoiding wastage of his time. The communications laid out very clearly what to do/where to go on arrival - and the process worked flawlessly. Would definitely use again.”
