Very pleased with my walking stick, comfortable handle and having the foot base for stability However not great customer service , I had called 5or 6 times for an update on the arrival of my purchase, only to be answered by a recorded message , every time, in a totally foreign language I could not understand

I’m still waiting to hear back from someone regarding a fault in the grab rail. The second pin does not clip into position. I sent photos to a phone number because the email address sent to me didn’t work.

Hi, Have purchased a Savanah Raised Toilet Seat from you. At first there was a hiccup with the Tracking Number and after I sent an Email to you and Rang and spoke to a very nice woman who looked into it and found that the Number I was given was wrong. So after I got the right one and checked it out, was very pleased to receive my purchase today 7th December. I found that they took notice of what I was saying and everything was sorted out smoothly. Very Pleased

I thought I was purchasing a pair of left handed scissors because I can only use my left hand, my right is paralysed after a stroke. I cannot use the scissors/shears at all after trying for some time. I am extremely disapointed as I just want to be able to use them with my left hand but they require you to hold what you are cutting with your right hand.

I received good service, as my Roami Rollator was delivered within a week of ordering and paying for it. Although my chosen (charcoal) colour was no longer available, I am happy with the rose-gold model.

I feel it took a bit longer than anticipated for my items to arrive. When my items arrived one item was missing which I hope can be located soon. But the items I have received are of good quality and very useful.
