Great service. Unfortunately, the delivery couldn't be made the same day as requested because the local florist didn't have enough flowers. I understand in the current climate these things happen and I was advised quickly and the delivery was made the next day. I would definitely use Bloom Local again

Ordered a bouquet for same day delivery. The flowers were delivered, but my sister didn’t hear the doorbell and the flowers were left outside. Unfortunately no note was left to say she’d had a missed delivery and so they were outside until I asked if she’d received them (as they were a surprise she wasn’t expecting anything). The flowers delivered are lovely, but please just drop a note through the door to say there’s been a delivery if you have to leave the package in a safe place.

Yet again this team have delivered, I live in Scotland and love that I can phone and have confidence in an amazing floral gift for my amazing sister,when I am so far away,never let me down,highly recommended, well done team.

Absolutely disgusted with your customer services and the fact my order wasn't delivered and to be told I'll have to wait a week or longer for a refund is appalling....quick enough taking money from an unemployed man yet not quick to give me back my money for a failed service

SO BAD! The smallest bunch of flowers EVER! Paid £49.99 plus delivery total £57.98, I wouldn't have paid £20 for the bunch they delivered. Never use this company awful

I ordered same day delivery, paid and received confirmation emails, but the flowers never arrived. I finally received a reply from customer services (36 hours later) telling me that they cannot deliver and I will get my refund in 5-15 days!!!!...it was critical that my flowers were delivered as it was a very special occasion, yet no care for the customer, no concern and no immediate refund!! Do not use, as BloomLocal fundamentally fail on their service and they never even delivered the flowers.
