Accept there might be substitutions of flowers, but the amount of flowers my daughter received was pathetic compared to the picture on web site. I paid £57, it was not worth it. Won’t use again.

I want to say how disappointed I was when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received. My husband ordered the pastel gift box and the bouquet was nothing like that. I wish we had read some of the previous reviews before we ordered them the bouquet was rubbish.

What a massive disappointment I will never use this again, I could of brought better flowers from Tesco.

I needed a same day delivery of flowers in the Uk because I live in Spain and seems that BloomLocal was very efficient and straightforward service(ordered in the morning, bouquet delivered in the afternoon). The arrangement wasn’t as per the photo, was waaaaay better from my point of view so thank you for that!!! The recipient was very happy!!! For sure I’ll be using your services again! Good job, BloomLocal team!

My father in law ordered flowers from this company on the 25th Aug with a delivery date of the 25th Aug. My wife’s birthday is on the 26th Aug. For some unknown reason delivery was missed on the 25th Aug with a now expected order delivery date 26th Aug which was fine as the flowers would come in my wife’s birthday. Father in law phoned me informing me that Bloomlocal can’t get a delivery for the 26th Aug and will compensate with free delivery. I phoned where apparently we missed the cut off time to get delivery today, 26th even though they were meant to be delivered on the 25th. I expected more off for late delivery but they refused. This is a poor company, if you want guaranteed delivery avoid this company at all costs as some will be disappointed. Went to M&S and spent £42 and can guarantee they would have been better quality than what would have been delivered. Think you should rename to WITHERING LOCAL………..

I ordered flowers and they said it is same day delivery but they never delivered. Disappointed and will never recommend to anyone.

Ordered from Dublin and were delivered to my aunt the same day in Birmingham UK. I was told they were lovely and smelled gorgeous. Thank you. Jackie (Dublin)

The mix of colours wasn't as bright as what what pictured (I guess it depends what is in stock at different times of the year), but the bouquet was beautiful, and my friend who received it absolutely loved it. I ordered the flowers in the morning, and she had them that same afternoon. It was very easy to place the order through the website, which is especially important when ordering from one country for a friend in another.

Ordered some roses for my girlfriend, I reread the message the next morning and it didn't quite read right I emailed and also rang asking if they could change it, vert helpful they emailed and phoned the florist and the message was changed. When they turned up my girlfriend messaged me saying how beautiful they were, cant fault anything.
