“Fabulous. Totally forgot a friends birthday. Thanks to Bloomlocal, I was able to organise a wonderful bouquet to her door, all within a few hours from initial order online to her smiling face at the receiving end.”

“Order was supposed to be next day delivery for a friend’s birthday. On the scheduled day of delivery I got a message from the courier that the delivery wouldn’t be made that day with no explanation. Now, there is no point to the gift as it won’t arrive on time.”

“Some issues with the original bouquet delivered but Sheena at Customer Service was excellent and sorted me out with a partial refund and the florist offered a replacement bouquet 💐 ❤️💐❤️”

“Better than I expected! The flowers looked so nice! Really happy with the website. Only thing I would say is I didn’t get enough communication that they had arrived I had to ask the recipient and I got an email few days later. Which is not ideal. But very happy with how they looked.”
