I chose BloomLocal to send a thank you bouquet of flowers to a hotel in Shanklin. II was told they were absolutely beautiful and much appreciated. I chose the white selection of lilies and roses etc and was very pleased with the service I received. They were delivered on the same day as requested. Thank you very much 😊

Absolutely amazing service and quality flowers. Ordered the same day and delivered to my aunt within a few hours. My aunt really loved the flowers, they brightened up her day. She was having a hard time at the time so I’m really grateful that the team came through and delivered such beautiful flowers. Can’t fault. Thoroughly recommend this company. Would use them again. This was my first time so you’ve definitely impressed and I will be back.

A big occasion as it was my wedding anniversary. Working away so went online. Order was straight forward as was payment. My wife received a beautiful bouquet at her work with a card relayed word for word. Brilliant service and one I would definitely use in the future👍🏻

Card was written upside down, flowers wernt very similar to the display picture also slightly disappointed to be fair for the price

Sadly didn't read all the reviews. I wanted to send Same Day in London. Nothing arrived, and then I got an email two days later to say the order had been delivered. It hadn't. Followed up with their customer services, and they were pretty prompt. They claimed it was a misunderstanding between their staff and the florist. The 10 days refund is 'bank policy'. I guess I should have expected it. I ordered late, so got karma back.

Do not order from this florist if you want your order to be delivered the same day. Contrary to what their website says, they do not deliver on the same day and after taking your payment, will only refund you after 10 working days. Very poor customer service.

I ordered the sunshine bouquet for my sisters birthday . I have seen them today . You sent a bouquet containing white lily’s and another white flower. More suitable for a funeral . I will not use your service ever again .Very Very disappointing Regards Pamela Roads

Rubbish service. Flowers obviously delivered to wrong address. No notification that they were even out for delivery , I had to contact them direct. Refund agreed.
