Terrible experience. I ordered some flowers for our Nan last weekend to be delivered today,only to get an email late today that they do not deliver to this address. It’s late Saturday afternoon. With all florists closed. These flowers were very important! Will never use this company again or recommend them

Honestly, really impressed with this service and product. Arranged for flowers to be purchase (20mins) before the cut off from Toronto, Canada and they arrived same day in Leeds. The presentation was perfect upon delivery! I'll happily be using this service again.

I was extremely grateful that you got in contact with me when something did not go the way I expected. You came up with a solution that was locally appropriate, which I could not know living in a different culture. The recipients/ receivers? were delighted by the flowers. Thank you, Bloom local!

Flowers were left on recipients doorstep, which isn’t ideal due to the heat. The email notification said they were “delivered” and I didn’t request for them to be left on the doorstep . The arrangement wasn’t as per the photo, as each type of flower was bunched together and not nicely arranged and spread around the bouquet. It was meant to be pastel but looked liked and over load of lilac flowers . I wasn’t happy with the end product.

I needed a same day delivery of flowers in the UK ( I live in Greece). Found the website very easy to use and confirmation received straight away. Later in the day an email informed me of delivery. The recipient was delighted and surprised with the bouquet she received. Very efficient and straightforward service.

We searched for a SAME day delivery as our need was urgent. We got a mid-day email to say that you couldn’t find a florist and that you’d be delivering the next day. We received nothing by way of compensation or apology. Very poor.

I have used Bloom Local several times. Each time they have delivered on time and the flowers have been stunning. They keep you notified that they have delivered so you don’t need to ask the recipient. An excellent service

I actually ordered with a different flower company that had failed to deliver my flowers on the required date. So I used bloom local which really saved the day. And the flowers were beautiful.
