“Flowers arrived on the day and they were beautiful. Only thing to make it better of been made easier if confirmation they’d been delivered had been sent on day they were delivered. As it were I had to ask if they were delivered.”

“Disappointed not to be offered any form of discount for not being able to fulfill my order to as advertised at very late notice (distinctly different bouquet in appearance). Though I appreciate this is supply dependent, more should be done to appease customer disappointment”

Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback with us today, this assists us greatly in improving our service. On occasion, we will not have stock requested to fulfill your order exactly, as with all businesses some products sell out and we have no choice but to substitute. When this happens we try to reach out to you as soon as possible with the choice of accepting a florist substitution or canceling the order. Substitutions are of equal value or more, with this in mind we cannot always offer a discount, but instead, try to ensure the flowers arrive in time for birthdays and other occasions. We of course always, regretfully, inform you if we cannot make the desired arrangement ASAP. We appreciate your understanding and patience when this happens and value your feedback.

“Used BloomLocal to send some same day condolence flowers to a friend in Cornwall in Oct 2022- my friend received them that day and sent a photo - i was pleased as the flowers resembled those purchased, that they look lovely and fresh and were reasonably priced - BL also covered the rural location i needed As i did my research I found others offering same service only did more urban areas and were more expensive - I would definitely use them again .”
