Not the best. The flowers looked nothing like the image - pastel rather than bright. I chose a vintage looking floral arrangement in a tin trug. What I received was a hand-tied bunch in a polybag with water - not even a vase or container included despite the price. I asked for a refund and was only given a 25% refund. Pretty poor show and will not be using in future.

Because the promise was if you order before 2pm it would be delivered on the same day. You didn’t keep your promise because you delivered the following day. It was a gift for a friends birthday, ruined because it feels like I forgot her birthday and flowers were an afterthought Also, I had to make contact with you because I had not received notification of delivery, only to be told there was a problem. A waste of £50, I definitely won’t use you again.

I was very happy with the speed of the delivery, and the flowers looked lovely, but I had ordered a really colourful bouquet and the flowers delivered were nothing like advertised not very colourful at all. Still beautiful but I was disappointed they were not as bright as shown on the picture. But I can’t fault the service and speed of delivery!

The flowers were just what I was looking for, but I sent thinking being local wouldn’t be so expensive for deliver as I think 7.99 deliver is very expensive

Flowers were ordered 2 days before my birthday, for delivery on the day, 8th September. None arrived. The earliest they could reschedule was 13th. They did arrive, left on the doorstep. 2 days later and they are dying. Most disappointed, as are my friends who ordered them.
