“I was very skeptical of what the flowers would be like as with previous online flowers they have been dreadful but I have to say these flowers were absolutely gorgeous and have bloomed into full Masai e roses absolutely stunning and worth every penny”

“I have to say i was extremely disappointed with the quality of the flowers within the bunch /bouquet ordered. Within three days several of them were beginning to die with leaves/petals discolouring. The delivery service was good if not a tad on the expensive side. Overall i wouldn’t say they were good value for the amount paid and would probably go to a local florist direct next time…”

“Had issues with the site accepting my address details, So I called the contact number once they opened & receive brilliant service over the phone. Alistair was helpful, patient and was able to get flowers to me within 4 hours that day. Thats 5 star service when technology failed they still made no excuses. So many companys hide behind their internet presence and can be hard to contact. This wasn't the case with BloomLocal.”

“Same day delivery failed. The entire weekend passed before my dying friend's bouquet arrived. She expired just 3 days later. SOmetimes delivery is a matter of life and death.”
