This rating is a bit harsh but I specifically asked for delivery on the Saturday HOWEVER, they were delivered on the Tuesday, 4 days early! I then got an email informing me the flowers had arrived on Saturday!

For this, we apologize and are looking into what has gone wrong. The flowers were meagre so n comparison to the advertised image. I understand if the bloom type may change but the number rod flowers were about 60% of the original shown image. Very expensive for what it aas an poor value for money.

I had trouble with ordering online so I had to ring. The operative could not be more helpful, Rowena was her name. The flowers arrived in good time and the recipient was very happy with the result.

The amount of flowers provided for paying £50 is very poor. The service was timely and accurate but you I will not be able to recommend based on value for money

Good and efficient service. Order delivered on time. Except the standard delivery charge is a bit too much?? Some other florists delivery is free of charge!

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne for someone's birthday to be delivered on the morning of her birthday. In the morning I was unable to see my emails but by the afternoon had made contact with the recipient of the gifts. They had not arrived. I looked at my emails and there were two several hours apart telling me they didn't have the champagne and did I want to proceed. I rang and emailed, "please tell me you delivered the flowers at least!", I said. The flowers are the main gesture and the champagne is a bonus, the flowers are important, after all, the company name is BLOOMLOCAL!!! Not CHAMPAGNELOCAL. I pleaded for the flowers to be delivered as soon as possible as it was now late afternoon and the day had nearly gone. Later I got a call from a girl telling me the flowers were about to arrive and they had got champagne. What was the point of the emails if this was indeed possible? If the subcontracting company delivering the flowers had run out of their stock champagne but under instruction from the parent company, were told, 'go out and buy a bottle', why was that not done at the outset so the delivery could have been made first thing in the morning? The only positive was that the delivery was made at the end of the day but that is the only positive.
